The people who dried our home seemed nice.

The equipment was visibly dirty. The equipment stunk like mold when they turned them on and no, it was not my leak stinking becuse it was a fresh leak with fresh water from above. No mold or mildew had even time to grow. It was stale old mold air smell in those things and the sound was insane. My Mom had to have her home dried and the machine was bigger with less noise. My poor cat was distraught and none of us could sleep. They told us we could turn them off to sleep. I bet! The longer it takes they more they can make when insurance is paying! Frankly I like having insurance and I do not want to cause more money to be spent even though insurance companies sometimes do not play fair it is still an invaluable service we PAY for. Because, we were hit with a massive winter storm with thousands of us needing repairs, and the more money spent the chances of insurance premiums rising in my area go up! The machine with the giant HEPA filter had debris in the filter and it was not from my home either. Really nasty. We have an appt for them to come and bid but I am canceling it as soon as they open tomorrow.

We got a bad feeling about them fixing our home because the communication after signing the forms and them leaving with the equipment was non existent, but they were on the ball while getting paid. After the reviews I read I do not want to chance having another nightmare contractor to wreck my home as it seems more often than not the industry is rife with the worst, most vapid contractors. You never know now if you get a good one or a bad one until damage is done. Reviews matter and the bad ones are enough that it could be me. 1 star simply because of the dirtiness of the equipment and the fact whatever they use to take photos just quit working when removing things so they have to rely on pics taken with a mobile phone.

I cannot say enough good things about Paul Davis Restoration. From the very beginning, they have been absolutely phenomenal. They showed up in the middle of the night when my downstairs (all of my bedrooms and my bathroom) flooded, and they have been by my side ever since. Every step of the way, the team has been on time, kind, communicative, considerate, professional, and truly respectful of my home.

This has been such a difficult and overwhelming situation for me, but they’ve done everything possible to make the process easier. The staff has worked incredibly hard and has gone above and beyond to take care of things while also making sure I felt informed and supported.

I want to especially thank Andrea, Bill, Wes, Nicole, Letty, Misty, and Antonio for their care, dedication, and kindness throughout this entire ordeal. Each one of them has been a bright spot in a really challenging time.

Recently had my basement flood, Paul Davis Restoration has been fantastic. Wes and Nicole are excellent, they’ve communicated clear and concise explaining the end goal and how they will get us there. They took extra care to not damage any personal items as we shuffled everything while removing damaged flooring. They even made my 4-year old daughter feel comfortable that we had strangers in the house. Truly the best team I could ever ask for.

We’ve used Paul Davis Systems anytime we’ve had an insurance claim. They are thorough, and do a great job of helping us navigate the process! Wes, Nicole, Marcus and Corey did an awesome job! Friendly, courteous and were a big help! They worked their butts off!
Misty, Lettie, and Bill have done a great job packing up our first floor. That was necessary to be able to replace our floor. They inventoried and packed all of our antiques and collectible glass just as if we were moving. They used great care! We were very impressed and grateful! A+!

Everything went really smoothly right from the beginning. Wes reached out and came to my home for an estimate. He then took care of me through the whole process. He ensured to work around my situation (my wife had two brain surgeries) and sent an awesome crew to work on my house. Jesus with V58 came out to look at the property and to see what needed done. He called and ensured me he would have a crew out the next day and explained what they would do and set up a time for his crew. He texted prior to the appointment to ensure I ready. The crew, Jose and Carlos were great. Went right to work and were able to complete the job in one day. They showed me their work to ensure I was happy with the work. They cleaned up and even helped me replace my shelving. The entire process from the beginning to end was handled very professionally. Thank you for everything.

We had a water leak. Bill and Trent came out, to do the remediation. They were very professional, courteous, and explained the process. They interacted with our great grandkids, to the kids delight. The process was explained to us. The next day Bill and Devon came to check the area, and remove the air movers. They were very professional very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration.

Jeremy and his team were fantastic! I had to fire in my office and Jeremy and his team came in and took care of things quickly and efficiently. I was back up and running in a temporary office spaceby Tuesday and the incident happened on Saturday morning. If I could give them 20 stars, I would!!! I highly recommend them. We are still in rebuild phase, but Jeremy and his team have kept me updated all along the way.

Paul Davis recently completed a project for me that may have been a small job for them, but they took the extra steps, and treated it with a great level of care. From the start, the project manager, Chad, provided exceptional communication that was clear, timely, and he was very patient with my many, many questions.

The crew not only completed the work efficiently, but also recommended additional steps to help prevent future water damage. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way truly stood out.
The work area was left spotless, the craftsmanship was excellent, and throughout the entire process I felt completely confident in the team.
