And in the spring, a Saturday at Redmond's is one of the markers for me of the changing seasons. I love that day, the first one when I come here. I love the whole thing, even seeing the new pots and statuary they've brought in new.

Tried their services a few years ago despite having had the same communication problems as Connie Martin. The standard of work was poor, the plants were expensive and they just didn't seem to care. I honestly don't think they want new business.

I tried for 2 weeks to schedule a consultation with a landscaper. Phone calls were not returned. I was finally able to speak with an owner who passed my number to an employee. After several days they called to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately that person had a death in the family and cancelled saying they would call me in 4 days . I never heard back from them. I then called them and left a message . Three days later I called Redmonds and was given the run around about when someone would be in touch. I understand when there is a family emergency. Someone else could have rescheduled an appointment with me . I guess Redmonds does not need any new business ! They had come highly recommend to me BUT I will never recommend them to anyone . Terrible common courtesy and business practices. I will be sharing this review on Social Media and with anyone who ask my opinion .

Lovely place, good selection, healthy plants and particularly knowledgeable staff. Anthony was extremely helpful and very patient with my many questions. It’s absolutely the place to go if you’re looking to re-landscape!

One of garden/landscapes lovers favorite places to go! They have everything from containers to flowers to trees and yard decor! It's a fun just to browse and admire all they have to offer. Just wish I had money to splurge here.

Have used Redmond’s for several years to provide landscape trimming and mulching. The work has always been very well done. Then this past fall we contracted with them to do a major patio upgrade/outdoor kitchen at the rear of our home. We could not be more pleased. Michael Snowden and crew did a beautiful job from design to completion. We HIGHLY recommend Redmond’s!

They have incredible customer service. This is where we get all of our mulch and the majority of our plants. If you have questions just ask anyone working there. Super knowledgeable & friendly.

Lovely hidden nursery. Lots of beautiful flowers, shrubs, trees. Yard art. And gift shop. Excellent place to purchase materials for landscaping,.. soils and materials for large projects.

Just a wonderful experience!! Gayle was helpful and friendly.. Sherri helped me with my hummingbird plants; which ones were annuals against the perinnal ones. It was such a pleasurable experience; especially since it was my first time at Redmond's. I will for sure bee back!!!🧚🏾‍♀️🐝

Lexington is lucky to have several really good landscape places. Redmond's has lots of choices, a great layout, and helpful staff. They lose one star because they're on the expensive side, but I do understand why they can't compete with the big-box stores on pricing. Their tree selection, in particular, is outstanding.

Stopped in here Saturday looking for a White Fringe tree. They did not have it in stock but the gentleman that we spoke with was very helpful. He explained that they usually get those in February. We will see him next February for sure. Ended up purchasing vegetable plants for the garden as well as a few flowers. Great selection and service. You cannot go wrong here.

We recently hired Redmond’s for a complete make-over of our front yard landscaping. They did an outstanding job! From the design to the implementation, we had a great experience. Richie did a fabulous job with the design - he showed us photo-shopped pictures of what he came up with. We were able to add our own input and together came up with a great plan. The job was completed on time and the crew that did the install was very professional and extremely hard working. We would highly recommend Redmond’s for your landscaping needs!

Went there on the 8th of April 2021. Me and my husband had an excellent experience. When we first got there the employee in a bob cat asked if we needed any help. Than other employees asked us as well. We had questions looking for certain types of shirts, plants and trees for specific area. They took time to show us and explain the differences and best options! We will definitely be back even if it's pouring rain.

I can tell this place has good management! All employees are attentive to customers and everyone I interacted with was truly professional. I cant say enough good things about Emma Thompson, she is very knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions on what to plant at our home. Nice work Emma, you are a rock star! We appreciate your excellent customer service.

Treated worse than a dog here. Absolute worst customer service iv ever received in my whole life. I wouldnt give them my business if they were the last garden place on this earth. Do not waste your time or hard earned money at this place.
