They must be incredibly busy! I reached out about a project through their website and over email and 12 weeks later I STILL haven't heard anything back. People who have gotten to work with them seem to say good things, however.

I called two separate times to receive a quote on some minor work in my lawn. Both times I was told that someone would be out within a week to speak with me... no show both times. Two stars for the friendliness of the person taking my calls, but I am legitimately confused about how they run a business this way. Maybe because they assumed I wasn't going to be a big money account?

Wish I too had been given the opportunity to work with this family owned business that the reviews swore by. Unfortunately, after constantly running into delayed scheduling, followed by delayed responses, the final straw of unprofessionalism was when this "business" no-showed their appointment. I allowed Mow-Mow's to waste weeks of my time. I changed their number in my phone to
No Show-Show's which felt more fitting. Bad business habits like this will eventually catch up to them 👎👎👎👎👎

We had them come out for an estimate and they gave it to us within one day. Scheduled the work timely and did a high quality, detailed work. Couldn’t be any happier with the final results!

Fabulous landscapers. Last year they removed two huge trees and trimmed others, planted new trees and bushes, created a lovely perennial garden, defined and mulched beds across the front of our house, and kept our lawn mowed and looking sharp all summer. They are prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them without reservation!

Plain and simple: This is the premier landscaping company in Fayette County! In less than a day, the staff of five or six hardworking and experienced individuals completed the work to replace our existing shrubbery to give our front yard an extraordinary "new look." As I told the co-owner after they'd finished, "We have a new house and we didn't have to move!" The price was more than reasonable and the experience with the owners was pleasant and personal. They mean it when they call their business Mow-Mow's FAMILY Landscaping. We never had the feeling that we were just one more "job." These folks do their work like it's their own home. You can't ask for more.

Hired them to remove a tree outside of my home that was immediately adjacent to the building. They took extreme care and manually extracted it to prevent damage to the foundation or the structure and did just fabulous work restoring the cavity by putting in a bowling ball bush for me. Hard working crew, responsive service team. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a precision job in a precarious situation.

Be careful when reviewing not to confuse with Miss Mow-It All.

Had a little confusion with the time of the consult, but everything beyond that was phenomenal. The workers were quick, courteous, and did a phenomenal job. They removed vegetation, mulched, trimmed hedges, edged around my patio and driveway, and they even fixed my fence.

I cannot say enough about this landscaping company! There prices are reasonable, got the work done in a timely manner, and communication was great. If you need a landscaping company look no further because they are really THE BEST here in town!
