I was in need of some help with a damaged tree after our recent wind storm. Alexander's tree service was very prompt and helpful in saving our damaged tree. Would highly recommend

James did a great job bringing down a tree that was very close to our house. I will gladly use them again when I have any tree or lawn care needs.

Alexander’s did an exceptional job of trimming several spruce trees in my yard. The trees looked great when they finished, and I really appreciate that they did a thorough clean up after they had finished.

James was extremely responsive and very quickly completed the project. He was consultative and made recommendations for improvement throughout the work. Would recommend and use again!

I have had to repeatedly call to “ remind” them to mow, trim trees, bushes, etc all of which was stipulated in our contract. The last straw was the workers leaving the gate to the back yard open-yes we do have a dog and it got out. Thankfully, I was able to find her. Also hard to contact Mr
Alexander- phone number listed has a mailbox that is always full.

The employees will destroy your personal items and will not contact you. I do not recommend this service. Snoops around your thing when your not home and has no respect to your personal items. When my personal item got damaged by the employees I was not told or contacted by them.
I recommend having your security cameras on at all times while they are around , if you not not home when they are present. Not honest and trustworthy.

Alexander’s cut down a tree for us and ground the stump last fall. We reached out to them this spring to plant a new tree in the space. They were so courteous and efficient. They stayed in touch during the process and communicated all aspects of the pricing and timing etc. We will definitely reach back out to them in the future.

James removed a large tree from a tight location in our Lexington back yard. They were safe, fast and did a great job!

We had to replace a tree and Mr. Alexander was great. He was very responsive to the messages I sent him, came when he said he was going to come and finishes the job the same day even though he encountered some issues. The tree quality seems to be very good too.

James has been a life saver for us. We have used him for several years to cut our grass and remove snow from walkways. However, this year we needed him to also pick up snow removal from parking lot. He picked it up and has been doing a great job at it too. We feel blessed to be able to count on him to take care of us.

Our homeowners association hired James to trim many magnolia and holly trees along the brick wall of our neighborhood. James gave us a very reasonable price and completed the job within the time frame we requested. The trees look better than they have in a long while. He was very professional and always answered my calls anytime I had questions.

James is a good, honest professional in his field. He has vast understanding not only of trees and lawn care, but also the ability to help with landscape, patio, garden development, and snow removal! He is a good, honest family focused gentleman. In addition, he does what he says he will do and is extremely dependable and accountable.
