We just made a cross country move from Georgia to Idaho. Our driver was Chris and I truly cannot say enough about his kindness and care during the moving experience. His attention to detail and follow up were excellent. He was quick to handle situations and was even very kind to our children.

My driver was Chris. The crews on both ends were phenomenal. I moved from Chicago to Twin Cities I was packed, loaded, and delivered in 3 days. Crews were personable and very careful with my treasures. I would recommend for any moves

Gael and his team of packers were prompt, professional, hard working and thoughtful. We so appreciate these guys and their help with our move!!! They truly have been the best we have ever had...and this was our 4th move!

We had a great experience with Vincent Fister. They moved us and then moved my mom. They showed up on time and worked hard the whole time. They worked hard to protect our belongings and we didn't have any damages. The workers were very courteous and made the whole move so much easier! Their price was less than other moving companies in the area also. Definitely highly recommend!

Great experience. This was my first time hiring a moving company, and Vincent Fister (United Van Lines) made the entire process as easy and straightforward as an inter-state move with a 2 yo can be. From multiple trips to accurately perform the estimate to coaching us through the process (even via text during evenings or weekends when we had questions), our experience was phenomenal. Highly recommend to anyone in the greater Lexington area looking for a local or interstate moving company!

Chris and his crew were so pleasant to work with. They made out out of move state stress free and took more care with our belongings than would have or could have taken on my own. They were very thoughtful and courteous as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

We moved from LaGrange, KY to Lexington, KY. Everyone who helped us with our move was highly professional and courteous. Greg and Dennis came all the way to LaGrange to do the survey, and they were very thorough in their survey and extremely polite to my wife.

The packing crew, loading crew, and unloading crews were all highly respectful of our property, more so that I would have been myself. They treated our stuff as if it were their own. Again, highly professional. Tony and Keith led the loading and unloading crews, and I was very impressed with the level of pride they seemed to take in doing a good job. Very much appreciated.

Throughout the process, Greg was highly accessible and was very prompt in returning my calls. They all went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant moving experience. This was one aspect of the move I never had to worry about.

We have used cheaper "college" crews in the past, and believe me, you get what you pay for - packers that don't know how to fold and seal boxes, movers that are surly and obviously would rather be doing anything else than helping you, and finally NOT EVEN MOVING ALL YOUR STUFF and just saying, "sorry".

From now on I will use the pros, and I would not hesitate to use Vincent Fister in the future. We priced several companies, and the differences in cost were minimal; however, you can't put a value on customer service and peace of mind, and Vincent Fister is the best at that, hands down.

Chris handled our move in an expert professional manner. The loading and unloading went smoothly. We had some large heavy pieces that were difficult but all arrived safely. I was especially concerned about a large outdoor sculpture however the sculpture and base were carefully moved and arrived at our home in pristine condition. We were fortunate to have Chris in charge of our out of state move.

The Vincent Fister moving experience was very professional, smooth, efficient and cost effective! I would highly recommend this to everyone considering a move. We had to make several stops to pick up furniture and appliances from various properties and drop off furniture at various properties, they were great and did not charge by the hour as other companies do. The movers were super strong as we had some HEAVY stuff. They did a great job and I will use them again!

I was actually very nervous about moving my stuff but Chris is just amazing. He not only made me comfortable but also explained me the entire process and how it’s done. He also helped me coordinate with the moving company too and didn’t bother at all when I texted him with my questions.
I wish him luck and all I can say is drive safe my friend. If you get Chris behind the wheels for your move, sit back, relax and enjoy the drive. Your stuff will get to your home safely for sure.

Too bad you don’t have 6 stars! Having served the public for approximately 31 years in the Coast Guard, I fully understand the need for great customer service with communications paramount. Chris Whittenberg exemplified those qualities in abundance. He notified me 24 hours before my move coordinator and explained my load and that all of my household goods were not onboard. He heard my frustration as I had too commute 83+ miles to the storage unit to meet him. Suffice too say, I was not pleased that my coordinator never called me with this news. Chris reached out too Mayflower/United to get a status on my overflow shipment. He gave me the customer service number too follow up. This all happened the day before he even delivered my goods! I knew right then that I was dealing with a professional. I managed a team that delivered mobile communications via a 53ft trailer, so I was greatly familiar with the need for great driving skills. WOW...did Chris display his as the entrance to the storage unit was very tight with office building and entry system pole leaving what appeared to be no room for him to get his rig through the gate. Having been retired for 4 years it brought back great memories of my crew having to maneuver our trailer. Chris’s driving skills shined as he was able to get his rig into the storage facility and to our unit. The brother team out of Kalispell that unloaded our shipment were great and very friendly. They handled our load with care and efficiency. Chris was a great conversationalist and made the time fly. He helped me understand and pointed out in his trailer why my shipment had an overflow load. After 2 hours of driving he was a welcoming experience and it was nice too see and get some of our household goods for our temporary home. All delivered and unloaded in perfect shape. I would recommend Chris and his company 110%.

Chris our driver, was the best. He stayed in communication with use even when he was delayed a day due to snow and ice. His packers as well as his un packers were friendly and did their job professionally. We have 2 sons who are also moving in the next few months and we have already told our sons about United/Vincent Fister and especially about Chris our driver. I really can't say enough about our wonderful experience with this company and staff. I have heard a lot of horror stories about moving but our experience was a breeze and I think that is what one hopes for when you go to move since the rest of the process of a move is stressful.

I can't tell you how many times Chris told me that everything was under control and I should just relax as it is taken care of and he was so right. They are the best and I am grateful to have chosen United/Vincent Fister and I am grateful they we were assigned such a great driver as Chris!

My wife and I have moved 7 times during our Military life. By far this has been the best. Chris and his crew (Mike, Brian, Ken, Chris, Mike, Ray, Justin and Ozzy) were the best. Hard working, respectful and efficient. They were always patient with our last requests and kept contact on our trek cross country. My wife and I recommend this company and this crew 100%.

Vincent Fister was contracted to do our Denver -> Atlanta pack & move this summer through the local Mayflower office in Colorado. We've moved more than 10 times in the past 10 years, with 4 out-of-state moves. The move with Vincent Fister ranks with the very best of them, and the only other company that was as good (Graebel) is now out of business. Chris was great at communicating, everything happened on the promised schedule, the local crews he hired were respectful, capable, and worked hard, they treated our property with care, listened to what was important to us, and moving damages were very minimal. Most importantly, the process of being compensated for those minimal damages was completely painless and worry-free - we simply sent Chris an email with photos and what we determined to be fair replacement values, and a week later the check came in the mail! We've never had it be that smooth. There was no arguing or negotiating. No reminding. Completely impressed, and we would definitely seek them out again, though I hope we don't move again for at least 20 more years!

It's so stressful to work through the maze of moving companies.
If you need peace of mind and integrity, all I can say is Wow! From 1rst contact through the process of moving I felt supported and peace. Everyone was so organized and clear on their mission. From their customer service to the time line communications.

Chris Whittenburg, and his team, are the best! He actually made my cross-country move a great experience. Not only were they professional, they also added a personal touch by giving great care to all of my belongings. Chris checked and double-checked each item-going ‘above and beyond’ every step of the way. He was available for any questions along with a call with an arrival date and time. Starting with Kim, on her walk through to provide an estimate, she gave us useful advice to prepare for our move and clearly explained her estimate. Chris Whittenburg and his team Richard, David, Ron, and Aaron made our move go smoothly. They were with us for the entire move, packing, loading, and unloading. They have super positive attitudes, ask questions when needed, make intelligent decisions, and are always polite, They handled our belongings with care and got the job done. Yes, I was pleased and I would recommend them.

Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic, they pack prompt and very mannerly. They moved heavy items around within the house and wrapped items with moving pads .

Not all items fitted in Chris truck but he when above and beyond making sure that I get the rest of the household goods pack ASAP in another truck.

Def would recommend Chris and his team! Company called me the day prior to let me know a delivery time. Called me the day of pick up to ensure I was home. Great customer service, very friendly and were very efficient. They had carpet protection and actually used it. The movers packed my things with care and explained the process. In my 20 years of being in the military and moving haven’t met a better company. Driver told me a rough estimate of what my shipment weighed and a delivery time frame! I would def use them again! Thank you to the staff and driver for the great experience!

Chris (driver), the Puma crew, and Ronnie and David were AMAZING in our move from Kansas to Kentucky. They were prompt, professional, and SO efficient! I felt so at ease with them handling all of our things. They were also so sweet to my two year old who didn’t really understand what was happening. They made this transition smooth and painless. I would use them time and time again!
