Once our items were carefully loaded on the truck, they were treated like trash at the transfer point. They broke our compressor and hid the valve that snapped. Never pointed it out to us, just handed it off to the delivery team. So many other things broken in the *middle* of boxes that shouldn't have been. Boxes shredded and contents loose upon arrival. Someone did a shake and bake with our stuff!!

Chris and his team helped move us from California to Colorado last month and he made it such an easy process. They came in and had us packed and loaded onto the truck in two days and were able to deliver our household goods on the day we requested. Delivery was easy and the crew were done in just a couple hours. He was thorough, responsive, and attentive to our belongings being taken care of.

Chris and his crew were amazing! After having a horrible experience with another company a few years ago, I felt so secure and knowing our home was packed, loaded and cared for with one of the best crews we have ever had. Chris, our driver and team lead, did an amazing job with out move! He reached out well in advance to discuss the details of our move and projected delivery date. He kept us informed at all stages, was professional, and cared about getting the job done right. He and his team, were mindful of our things, but quick and expedient in packing and unpacking. He definitely made the transition worry free.

Wow! My family and I were highly impressed by the professionalism, speed and efficiency that Vincent Fister Inc. and our driver Chris showed during our move. This is not our first move and we were prepared for challenges and frustration, but Chris was organized and communicated effectively with us and his team. He took time to make sure the loading and unloading crew knew exactly what to do and made sure our things were delivered safe and whole and as quickly as possible. My husband and I have at least 10 military moves between the 2 of us and this was by far the best load out experience we have ever had. Our driver, Chris, worked some magic to bring in the very best crews to pack and load our house. Being dual military, we have well over 20,000lbs to move, not to mention wall mounts that must be specially cared for. What normally takes 4 days, Chris got done in less than three. And our belongings were well packed, not just thrown into boxes. There were many on his team such as Alex, Jose, Freddy and many others that were true professionals. Every time I move, I want this team.

Our driver was Chris, we moved from Alabama to Texas and he definitely got the job done. Both crews were amazing, from loading the truck to unloading everything very quickly and they assembled the beds. Us realizing that we didn’t need our washer and dryer, Chris was able to get rid of it for us with no issues. We were amazed that they could get us moved on such short notice. I highly recommend them to anyone relocating.

Great crew! Chris, the driver was awesome. He was thorough in all coordination and he was able to get us packed and shipped to our new address in two days. The Missouri crew was excellent loading all our items, especially the big heavy stuff with ease. The Texas crew was equally as phenomenal in their set up. Alex, Julio, and his team was fast and very careful will handling all items. Dimitri and his bunch was equally as good, getting all our stuff packed. Thank you all for a great job!

If we could rate them as 10 stars, we most certainly would! Everything about this move went smoothly. Dominic and his team arrived on time and were so incredibly efficient. Although they packed everything in our 3 BR/2.5 BA condo in what seemed like record time, they packed everything with care - all of our belongings arrived safely at our new place without any damage. Job well done!

Chris was exactly what I needed during my move. He is very professional, on time and communicative. I like to know what is happening and Chris made sure I was informed before pickup, during the drive, at drop and during the move. He always texted back, answered his phone and was informing and polite. I would recommend him to anyone, including family and friends! Our move was during the holidays and left on time, got to us a day early. If you need a mover, ask for Chris, you will be satisfied!

Great Experience!
Our driver was Chris. He and his crew were very professional and provided great service. Chris communicated with us prior to and during the move. He and his crew took excellent care in disassembling, packing, and loading all our belongings. They were diligent and hard working and even finished ahead of schedule. Nothing was too big or too difficult! We highly recommend Chris and look forward to having him move us into our new home once it’s completed.

Highly recommend! We were very concerned about moving our household goods ( many non replaceable family heirlooms) from CA to GA. Not one item arrived damaged! Chris kept in contact with us during the entire commute, was on time and highly efficient! We can not have had a better experience! Thank you again Chris!!!!

Everyone we’ve dealt with has been courteous and professional. The price was fair & affordable. The team of packers were timely even though things could’ve been labeled & inventoried more efficiently. The team of loaders were extremely helpful & efficient, doing everything they could to get the truck packed even amidst rain delays & done other hurdles. Expectantly awaiting the arrival of our things and hopeful the rest of the move goes smoothly.

We moved from Woodinville, WA to ECity, NC and we packed our own things for not our first rodeo. Chris W the driver was great, communicative, professional and respectful to us and his crew. The crew in WA and NC were great. Hard workers, friendly, respectful, and did a great job on both ends. In NC they put our beds together even though they didn't disassemble them in WA. They put things where I asked them to be put. Thank you Chris and crew for a smooth move!

The packing and loading crew came up to Salinas from LA. They were part of the Puma Crew, and they worked tirelessly, taking care of our valuables as well as all our furniture, China/crystal and kitchen ware.
