My wife and I needed a front door frame and trim replaced after shoddy work by previous contractors.

We had our reservations due to previously bad experience and Daniel, Kate, and Chris were very understanding, informative, and willing to work with us on our timeliness.

Chris came and knocked the job out quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with our new entryway.

I had a very good experience with Handyman Connection.  My project involved an extensive shed repair -- removing and hauling away approx. 24 feet of peeling, damaged T-11 siding along with attached guttering and 1"X4"X8' strips, replacing the siding with treated 3/4" plywood, then installing new strips and reattaching guttering.  The siding had to be cut to fit into a triangular roof and around a window.  I asked for waterproof caulking around all seams and drip edging to be installed, too.

I requested an estimate, got a reply that afternoon, a man was at my house within 24 hrs to look at and discuss the project, and i had a written estimate 24 hrs. after that.  The estimate was very reasonable and I accepted it.  Two skilled repairmen were at my house three days later, they worked on it for 2 solid days.  The repairmen were friendly and knew what they were doing.  They were on time, worked solid, and had everything cleaned up and looking great.   I also got notices on my cellphone telling me when they would be arriving and they were always on time.

I think that Handyman Connection is very good because you know what you're getting and their work is guaranteed.   I will call them for any future projects that I have.

Handyman Connection was excellent. I had water damage to my roof and two walls. Communication was great regarding appointments and arrival of service guy. Service was done quickly. The wall was very damaged and needed repair snd painting. The room looks great and there is no evidence of prior issues. They will be my first call for other work.

Great repair service, very pleasant and knowledgeable, replaced my heating and air unit, could not ask for better service, will use again.

Great experience with HC. They were quick to schedule, responsive with questions, and the employee they sent (Mike) worked fast, was a joy to have in our home, and did a fabulous job installing 3 new faucets. When some parts were missing, Mike gave me the option to go to the hardware store and also offered to go. I appreciated the teamwork which meant he got everything done that day. We will definitely use HC again!

Amazing - efficient and fast . Carrdel was so nice and polite and felt like someone I could even hang out with. He even helped me with a part that didn’t come with the table that he had a spare of ! Amazing job

I hired Handyman Connection to clean out my gutters and I could not be more satisfied with how everything turned out. Their office & project managers kept me posted every step of the way, and got the job done even more quickly than anticipated. Their prices are reasonable and they have such a broad range of services that I could call them for just about anything. Highly, highly recommend! I would give 6 stars if I could!

Mike was the handyman assigned to my work. He did a wonderful job and was very detail oriented and meticulous. Kate was the person I worked with to get estimates and scheduling and she was delightful and professional as well. Highly recommend and will continue to use their services moving forward.

The representative was on time, very courteous, and kept me informed of everything that was going on. The work done was excellent quality.

I am in here replacing a receptacle. And still not getting power from it so of 4 receptacles only 2 are working. Basically doing them job myself and I spent $199 for what. The name is Marvin McAllister It was your office in Lexington. Now I have to pay a real electrician to come out and complete the work

I recently contacted Handyman Connection of Lexington to obtain a quote on installing an Anderson Luminaire retractable screen door on my side-entry, inswing garage door. Per the manufacturer, the installation time is estimated to be 30 minutes, and this is for your average DIY installer. I had set up a phone appointment to speak with one of the company's handymen to disucss the installation and obtain the requested quote.
The day before this prearranged phone call, I received a call from a female receptionist/scheduler for the company who said that she had discussed my job with the handyman in question and the company's owner/supervisor and thus wanted to give me the previously requested quote. She stated that the company offered services in 2-, 4-, and 8-hour blocks of time. I need to point out that I live in Wilmore, approximately 20-25 minutes drive from virtually anywhere in Lexington. She went on to say that since the handyman would need to drive from Lexington to Wilmore to complete the job, an 8-hour block of time would be required (again, for a 30-minute job and a 40-50 minute roundtrip drive). She then quoted the astronomically insulting and ridiculous price of $734 for the job! The door itself cost less than $200! Of course, I did not accept this outrageous quote. In fact, I was hesitantly self-restrained in not telling this woman over the phone just how outlandish this quote actually was. In hindsight, I regret not having given her a piece of my mind. Ultimately, however, my assigning a well-deserved negative reivew to a completely unscrupulous company (I would assign zero or even negative stars if these rating options were available) speaks much louder than any of my words of astonishment and frustration would have accomplished. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Handyman Connection are wonderful!! They did an expert job on changing out bad boards on our deck!! We will definitely be calling them for any work on our home!

From the first call my experience with this business was good. They provide good customer service. I found them to be very honest. Mike was my repairman and I found him to be very capable, very personable and considerate. In my opinion, my biggest compliment I could give this company is to say that I will use them again in the future.

Mike was efficient, knowledgeable and personable! He installed a light fixture, assembled a piece of furniture, repaired a wooden fence and also completed several smaller tasks…all within two hours. We are grateful new customers and definitely plan to call Handyman Connection on a regular basis.

We have been very satisfied with Handyman Connection. It’s easy to schedule appointments. Kate is great! They communicate well. We have used them several times. Mike & Chris were both kind, skilled & completed my projects efficiently.

So the tech was nice but they charged my parent almost $500 to ad a plastic cover over 2 cables in 2 small bedrooms. No electrical done, no rerouting, no wire replacing. Just this track…. Took advantage of an elderly couple. Real nice guys….

I was very pleased with the service rendered. My craftsman Brett was very courteous and knowledgeable of the task at hand and did a satisfactory job. I highly recommend them and my interaction with Daniel and Kate was very pleasant.

My experience with Handyman Connection was one of the easiest I’ve ever had when getting a project done. I needed access to my attic installed. This was my first time calling them and from the first conversation with Kate, then the call to set up the appointment to Chris coming to do the job was so quick and easy. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Chris came on time, assessed the situation, discussed with me, did the job and was finished in less than two hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly the best place to put the access and did an excellent job.
