They did a great job cleaning up a very old tree that was between our house and power lines.

They did a great job on our trees and shrubs, including a very tall holly tree. We particularly appreciated their professionalism and desire to go the extra mile to do the job right!

They did not close my gate when they left & my inside small dog making a potty got out of the back yard! Thank goodness we were waiting for her to come back inside because the it was 20 degrees outside!

I received a quote for removing a tree from my back yard. Before the gentleman left I requested that he go ahead and schedule the removal. He said he would do so, and that if anything changed before the date just give him a call so they could reschedule. They literally just never came to do the job. So, obviously confused, I call- after my wife has left a message and sent an email which garnered no reply- and the individual already knew my name but wanted to verify my address. I gave her my address and she says, "Okay, let me check on that... It might... Hmmm..." And became more and more difficult to hear until she hung up the phone. I don't understand. Do they not like money? Am I being Punk'd by Ashton Kutcher? How do you run a business like this? What's going on here?

Purchased a cord of firewood, they dropped off 100 cubic feet (28 short). I asked the guys to leave the rest and they told me no, they were short on time. The wood itself is not great: covered in dirt and mold. You’re better off looking elsewhere.

Roy gave me a fair price, for the task, along with advise as what to do considering the age and size of the tree. There an honest company that does great work. I would recommend Lexington Tree Service to anyone in need of there service. Great people.

I used Lexington Tree service for 20 years. They did my landscaping and removed trees and bought trees and planted them but his year they wouldn’t return my calls. When I did finally get them on the phone and requested 2 trees to be planted the woman answered “we don’t do that”. I told her they had in the past and she said to call back in March. What a bad service. Obviously she didn’t want to work. How does the owner feel about that? I guess I’ll have to find someone else. I thought Lexington Tree was a reputable and trustworthy company. I guess things change over 20 years. Find someone who cares!

Simply the best. Not a single criticism to be found. They came and took care of everything after Dave Leonard company couldn’t do the job. And they did it faster and cheaper than the other guys quoted. Not a single leaf was left after cleanup.

Requested a load of firewood and they got it to me the same day. Received a 4x16 load for $365 while other places charge $265 for a 4x8 load. The quality of the wood itself is great, large long burning pieces of hard wood that burn hot, ideal for fires meant to actually provide heat.

These people were working next door when they came on to my property twice. Once to chop down a sapling in my front yard and again to chop down the trees in my back yard as well as my neighbors. I had to run them off.

Sales representative was very helpful and informative. The installers did a great job putting up our new gutters and downspouts! They also left a very clean jobsite and removed all the old gutters and hauled them away. We have underground drainage and they attached the new downspouts perfectly to the drainage system!

Even went above and beyond providing information / understanding and contacts to help us as someone who has also dealt with buying / repairing a home in Kentucky.
