I made the mistake of giving my phone number to one of their sales reps and now I get phone calls day and night. The last phone call was on a Sunday night after 10:00 pm. I have blocked every number they have used to call me to no avail.

LeafFilter Gutter protection services came out and gave us an an estimate and fair pricing. The Lexington, KY team served us and they were professional, careful, thorough, and explained everything they were doing and what to expect. They left us with contact info for any future needs or in case of a question or problem. Matthew and his team were hard workers, efficient, kind and cleaned up everything from the job and all the waste and hauled it off. Oh, and we unknowingly had hornets and a nest in the gutter and Matthew removed it completely, cleaning out and sealing the gutter off from any further pests! Bonus!!!

The initial quote was timely and professional. Then they never sent a contract for me to sign despite multiple calls, lied about scheduling the install and gave multiple reasons for unexpected cancellation including that I called corporate and requested cancellation. I have attempted no fewer than 10 times to be sent a contract to sign to move forward with the requested and quoted work. Each time it gets “taken care of” and then nobody reaches out and we repeat the process. Lexington KY.

We had several estimates to install gutters on our house. LeafFilter gutters was the best quality for the money. The representative was very professional as he explained the proceedure. The installers were done in less than a day and the gutters look fantastic. We are very pleased.

So far very good. Both the gentlemen who visited my home were timely, very clear in their communication, and appeared to be skilled in their jobs. They tried to meet the needs of my job but did not pressure me to spend more.

I was impressed by the sales personnel on their extreme knowledge of the product as well as their recommendations for the Specific Gutter color to closely match my house trim. The men who came to install it were very professional and did an absolutely excellent job.

Sales person delivered a great presentation and spoke in detail about the Product. Purchased on a Monday and crew was out two days later (Wednesday) and installed the LeafFilter system. Works great. And the thought of not having to Clean "Clog" gutters and downspouts is a blessing.

So I like the system, but had to reconfigure the lower gutters as they were collecting debris and ended up flooding my house. Also one of the gutters was compromised, but the sales person said that would not be a problem. The installer said they could try to seal it but would have to be replaced. They were supposed to call back. Never happened. It would have been way better to replace the gutter when the system was installed. EDIT: So I think these guys came back and fixed the one gutter that was compromised? Never charged me and I don't think they ever told me. Was it the gutter fairy? That's pretty awesome!

Professional installation and fast! In and out in just over 1/2 a day! Highly recommend.
