Ryan was very kind and he worked quickly when cleaning our carpets! The entire upstairs and two large area rugs were completely cleaned in just a couple of hours! Lastly there were several stubborn stains we have had in our carpet for over a year that were able to come right up so the carpet looks almost brand new again! We enjoyed using Stanley Steemer for our carpets and will be using them again!

I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and been happy however after recent events was disappointed. This is not against the individual that completed my service but the company as a whole being extremely unprofessional.

While my service was being done, my tech asked if I had a bandaid because they had cut themselves. I didn’t think anything of it, said of course and gave them one. I have a baby and a dog so I was in another room keeping those two out of the way while the tech cleaned the designated areas.

The tech finished, I paid and we both went our ways however: as I was going around my home I noticed MULTIPLE places where there was obvious blood from the cut incident earlier on my floor, cabinets, sink etc. (see photos).

I immediately called, stated that I didn’t want the person to be in trouble but just that this was alarming and the company should be aware. I have a baby who crawls around on the floor etc. Blood from a stranger is not something to be taken lightly. She asks me if I want her to send someone out to come and clean it up. Obviously I do as I do not want to touch someone else’s blood.

The same tech comes back, apologizes and proceeds to take a towel, wet it in my sink and wipe the surfaces with their blood on it. Stanley Steemer being a cleaning company - do they not keep any sanitizing spray in their giant vans? Are there not procedures for when things like this happen? (Ie. there should be a stocked first aid kit, finger protections etc. for when injuries happen which I understand they do)

I called again and asked to speak to a manager and said I wanted a partial refund, as I understand accidents can happen but just was not happy with how things were handled. He did not apologize but offered to send a sanitize crew out (that should have been done the first time). I declined seeing as their sanitizing services seem questionable to me after this… he asked me how much I wanted back (again no apology, no offer of a refund I had to ask for one). I said I’d be willing to pay half as I understand things happen etc.

He did give it to me, but again just very short on the phone, no apologies, and I appreciate some attempt but when dealing with blood that’s a pretty serious matter.

I hope Stanley Steemer has trainings for dealing with blood/blood borne pathogens etc. as accidents are bound to happen. I hope there are procedures in place, first aid kits, sanitizing products for when things like this happen etc. I truly hope this is an isolated incident, and again this is not against the individual that did my service but it’s clear there was a lack of training and procedure knowledge. And even though I did get the partial refund I asked for - the experience was not great and the fact that I had to ask for one was a little absurd in my opinion. I hope people can learn from this experience. (I spent the afternoon, masked, with gloves and bleach sanitizing my home while my family watched my baby)

Another tech did come out and deodorize everything free of charge and he was great!

We had our air ducts cleaned..William did an amazing job, he was professional and informative of what he was doing. Note: you can request him I know I will if I need anything else…very pleased at how fresh our home is now! Yes that is just some of the stuff in the system.

Jeison did an awesome job with the carpets at my rental property. He basically made it look brand new. He explained the services they offered and what would work best in my situation. He went above and beyond. He was also very friendly and down to earth. He has great customer service skills!

I was happy with Stanley Steemer prices for 3 bedrooms and living room. They are professional and always helpful. I really enjoyed getting a text message when the technician is on the way with an estimated arrival time feature. It made me feel safe that they also included the photo of the technician.

Did a great job! Added a few more items, he did those also. Carpet had bad stains, he was able to get those up also. Highly recommend. Antjuan did an excellent job.

The service we received from both men was exemplary. They worked very hard to get the results needed for both a hardwood & also a tile floor. Afterwards the advice given on keeping the floor clean was very helpful. Thanks Sam, Stan and Stanley Steemer.

Charles and Kyle did an amazing job! They called and let us know they were on the way. They gave us a little extra time when they arrived to get our little one up and ready. Charles was very informative and explained the entire process for the house. Kyle did a great job under the house getting all of the dirt and nasty out of the AC/vent lines. Great guys! Great work!

I have been interested in Stanley steamer for over a year now with 2 cats. Our Tech,Joseph ,was super enthusiastic about his job and works super hard.He also explained the process and the pros of the package deal ! He even helped us move some furniture that me and my daughter couldn’t move ourselves.Some neighbors were interested and asked about Stanley steamer and Joseph answered their questions! Our home now feels like it did when we first moved in ,he got all of our old stains out that we didn’t think could be removed ! At first we also had some trouble as some of our apartment buildings don’t have working water spigots , Joseph tried all options and didn’t give up , we eventually found a working spicket!! I recommend Joseph he was awesome and made the whole process so much easier!

Austin went above and beyond what I expected and exceeded my expectations. He was extremely professional, explained every detailed and worked hard to get our carpets cleaner than I ever imagined. I will definitely request him in the future and recommend him to anyone I know who needs carpet cleaning.

My technician did the best he could with what he had to work with. I saw a video where a hand tool was used to clean grout with an excellent result. This result today no better than my Shark steamer floor cleaner.
