Jaisen and team did a fantastic job cleaning my vinyl flooring and my bathroom tile. The grouting after sealant looks brand new, which is well worth the cost. The team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done. I’ve always been a Stanley steamer client, only straining from them one time, which was a mistake. Never again will I let anyone but Stanley steamer do my floors.

Lawrence did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. Took measures to protect my home and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend requesting him as he is wonderful and very experienced in his field.

Bryan was great! Efficient, personable and worked within our budget to get what we needed done. We got both bathrooms cleaned with color seal for the tile and he changed the color up for a refreshing look! So pleased!!

Called to get a quote and they scheduled for same day. Bailey arrived promptly, explained the process and went straight to work. She was fast friendly and efficient! And the carpet and area rugs look amazing.

We thought we would need them to clean new carpet that was storm damaged. The manager came quickly and pointed out issues they would have that would make it impossible. They never tried to lie and say it was possible just to get a sale. I am buying new carpet and we do clean our HVAC with a pro company. Because they were so transparent we will be talking to them once construction is over about their duct cleaning process. Also, I will likely have them pro clean 2 rooms because I frankly do not feel like doing it after construction with my residential cleaner. Being honest does get you recognized. Thanks!

Austin was great to work with. He was able to provide same day service and thoroughly cleaned 4 bedrooms, a living room, hallway, stairwell and area rug. We had 2 bedrooms, an area rug, and stairs cleaned, deodorized and applied protectants on everything but the stairs. The technician was on time, in fact they have me a window from 8am-1pm and they were here at 8:10 am!! This never happens, usually I'm waiting around most of the day. The technician was professional and worked efficiently. He was done and gone by 9:15. The price is on the higher end , but we have found that the results are better with Stanley Steemer than it is with other companies we have used.

I must say, Allen and Sam are top notch!! No messing around, doing what they had to do and move on. Superior job and extremely concerned with their work and treating us with care. Hard to find workers like them anymore.

From the moment he arrived, Joesph was the picture of professionalism. He was thorough, respectful of my home, and took the time to walk me through the entire cleaning process. I had several questions about the best way to maintain my carpets and upholstery, especially with two large Great Pyrenees dogs in the house, and Joe answered each one patiently and knowledgeably.

He didn’t rush the job and paid close attention to every detail. My couch now looks brand new, and the carpets are absolutely pristine, not only visibly clean but also smelling fresh, which is no small feat with two big, furry dogs around.

On top of his technical skills, Joesph was incredibly friendly and courteous. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the results.
