Great rug and upholstery cleaning company! Super responsive and friendly. Tracy Williams, the owner, is paticularly helpful and knowledgeable. Tracy and his staff are up to any cleaning challenge. They have gotten difficult stains out of our rugs (including ink and pet stains), and the rugs always come back looking great. They also made an almost invisible repair to a persian rug that had an edge chewed off by our dog. I highly recommend Kelly-Williamson.

Due to my experience with Coverall, I cannot recommend service. One of my clients hired them to clean at a business condominium. The service was dissatisfactory and then the overall customer service experience to try to resolve the issues was difficult. From my experience, the company did not honor their word and the service was poor.
