David was my technician. He was excellent. Had some great suggestions and worked very hard to remove a stain.

Stains did not come out. Carpeting looks no better. Was told the dirty area was from worn carpet, but my spot treatment cleaned it. Perhaps because they don’t use soap/detergent. Cancelled grout cleaning because sample treatment area did not come clean.
