This time we had Krystina, Stephanie & Jade. Our home looks great.The floors under beds need more attention but otherwise good job. Owner is very easy to communicate with and tries to make sure his crew is respected and accommodates clients needs like having first slot in schedule.

I can't help the people who have nothing better to do than complain; they should clean their own houses instead of complain about what the hired help misses. (usually nothing). I find them excellent and the house looks and smells nice When they are done! They do what I can no longer do or don't have the time to do.

Very clean. Missed small things…vacuuming walk in closets for example. And left a dark mark on bar from sliding glasses rack. Easy enough to clean off, but they didn’t do it. I did.

Bernie is awesome. He has taken over the cleaning authority for Lexington and is really great. After having a little babyon, my hubs and I were finding it difficult to keep up with the housework. I've usually so incredibly picky about keeping my house in tip-top shape but just couldn't maintain after going back to work. Cleaning authority has taken that load off me. They have a great system where they do a deep clean on half the house at first and then clean your whole house every time but deep clean different rooms each time they come. When I first inquired, Bernie came to my house to give me a quote and explain their system. I gave them a try and they have been doing a great job!

TCA has been cleaning my home for 3 years and I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the employees work and appreciate their use of environmentally friendly products. Veronica is very kind and responsive.

Leslie and Jessica did an awesome job cleaning my house today. They do the big jobs like mopping and vacuuming very thoroughly but they also pay attention to the details and leave everything so pretty. What a nice feeling! Thanks, ladies!
