Leianne & Lexi always do the best job. Not only do they clean the house to perfect but they love on my fur babies while doing it! Couldn’t say more good things about them!!

I have used TCA several times now and without fail, they have done an amazing job! They cleaned my apartment and also a condo my daughter is moving into. I highly recommend them and I wont use anybody else.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority-Lexington for a few months now. My first clean was great (the cleaner was very personable and catered to my having cats). Subsequent cleaners were not up to the initial standard. HOWEVER, today I had Alexis and Nick. Nick was extremely personable, engaging, and observably went above and beyond to ensure my home exceeded my expectations (he even asked if there was anything else he could do). I was considering discontinuing services, but if The Cleaning Authority focuses on hiring personalities like Nick, I will continue my services. Thanks, Nick; you impressed someone with very high standards of cleanliness.

My first cleaning was exceptional. September and Tessa did such a fantastic job. They worked hard and made sure all areas of my house were cleaned. They worked hard and were very courteous. I appreciated their hard work and so did my husband who never usually even notices things like a thoroughly cleaned house. Job well done. Thank you.

They do a fantastic job, and the staff are pleasant. Ashley and Petrice showed up on time, greeted me with smiles, and then worked as a team to get the job done while I was able to continue focusing on my work. When all was said and done, I ended up with a clean house and was able to work uninterrupted while that happened. Excellent!

The two ladies Ashley and Candice did a very good job they were very nice. The only thing that I am not real pleased with and it is not the girl's fault it's the method in which cleaning authority has them dust. I have always dusted with a rag and furniture polish by spraying the Polish on the rag and then lightly dusting the furniture which controls the dust from flying. I do feel when you use the microfiber dusters the dust is just thrown around. But all in all other than that I was very pleased.

Luann and Samantha did such a great job cleaning our house today. We’ve been their clients for several weeks and we highly recommend The Cleaning Authority!

We have used the Cleaning Authority for years, through three residences. The teams they send are dependable, thorough and always friendly. We recently had the inspector come to confirm that the quality of their work was on-par... and it was. We can definitely recommend this company, they have a good program of systematically cleaning the entire house. We are 100% satisfied.

Great job cleaning! We are in the final lap of a bathroom renovation with many people working on that project when the cleaners arrived. It was amazing to see how clean the house was in spite of having to work around and avoid areas. Deeply impressed!

I had always used independent house cleaners but recently sought out a service. The first one I signed up with was charging me more than my independent cleaner but only doing a 3- hour priority clean, which meant they weren’t cleaning the whole house. So I signed up for a consultation with The Cleaning Authority, and I could not be happier. TCA sends a team of two for what I was paying the independent cleaner, and the house smelled and looked great. Highly recommend!

Sam and Lindsay did a fantastic job with our last cleaning. They were very detailed with their clean and always bring a joyful attitude with their services. We have never been disappointed with any of our cleanings from TCA!

TCA has been cleaning my house for a little over a year now. They have great communication about any changes or issues with scheduling, and they do a great job. The cleaners are super professional but friendly at the same time. This last clean had the complication of bad weather in KY so my cleaning time kept slipping later in the day. But I had a meeting in my home that afternoon so I needed it to be finished by a particular time. I let them know my needs and they went above and beyond. They sent someone that is not part of their regular cleaning staff to start before the other cleaners could arrive and got it done. They totally accommodated me and I really appreciate that. We could have rescheduled and that would have been fine but instead they went the extra mile. They also did a great cleaning and I was happy to let guests into my home.
