Nice selection of everything. I felt like the prices were a little high. Very friendly staff.

First time shopper at Redmond's. It is a very nice operation - worth the effort to find in a little neighborhood off Nicholasville Road.

Most people not wearing masks outside and also inside .Customers and employees not even remotely close to abiding in the six foot rule .The inside area that you pay at has no safety precautions in place. The person operating the register was not wearing a mask and no plexiglass barrier at the register. Very disappointing that health and safety not being taken seriously.

Great selection, environmentally safe mulch not dyed. Friendly staff and helpful.

The owner, Chris, is nice and we've been going there for 30 years and still do. The employees are nice and helpful too.

Place is very nice but very poor customer service. Walked past 4 employees none of which said hello or even made eye contact

Redmond's garden center is by far the very best to get all of your gardening needs the plants there are 10 plus not a dime store variety that you find at Lowe's

And in the spring, a Saturday at Redmond's is one of the markers for me of the changing seasons. I love that day, the first one when I come here. I love the whole thing, even seeing the new pots and statuary they've brought in new.

Tried their services a few years ago despite having had the same communication problems as Connie Martin. The standard of work was poor, the plants were expensive and they just didn't seem to care. I honestly don't think they want new business.

I tried for 2 weeks to schedule a consultation with a landscaper. Phone calls were not returned. I was finally able to speak with an owner who passed my number to an employee. After several days they called to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately that person had a death in the family and cancelled saying they would call me in 4 days . I never heard back from them. I then called them and left a message . Three days later I called Redmonds and was given the run around about when someone would be in touch. I understand when there is a family emergency. Someone else could have rescheduled an appointment with me . I guess Redmonds does not need any new business ! They had come highly recommend to me BUT I will never recommend them to anyone . Terrible common courtesy and business practices. I will be sharing this review on Social Media and with anyone who ask my opinion .

One of the best landscape garden centers in Lexington area. Huge variety.

Lovely place, good selection, healthy plants and particularly knowledgeable staff. Anthony was extremely helpful and very patient with my many questions. It’s absolutely the place to go if you’re looking to re-landscape!

One of garden/landscapes lovers favorite places to go! They have everything from containers to flowers to trees and yard decor! It's a fun just to browse and admire all they have to offer. Just wish I had money to splurge here.

Have used Redmond’s for several years to provide landscape trimming and mulching. The work has always been very well done. Then this past fall we contracted with them to do a major patio upgrade/outdoor kitchen at the rear of our home. We could not be more pleased. Michael Snowden and crew did a beautiful job from design to completion. We HIGHLY recommend Redmond’s!

They have incredible customer service. This is where we get all of our mulch and the majority of our plants. If you have questions just ask anyone working there. Super knowledgeable & friendly.

Lovely hidden nursery. Lots of beautiful flowers, shrubs, trees. Yard art. And gift shop. Excellent place to purchase materials for landscaping,.. soils and materials for large projects.
