Just a wonderful experience!! Gayle was helpful and friendly.. Sherri helped me with my hummingbird plants; which ones were annuals against the perinnal ones. It was such a pleasurable experience; especially since it was my first time at Redmond's. I will for sure bee back!!!🧚🏾‍♀️🐝

Lexington is lucky to have several really good landscape places. Redmond's has lots of choices, a great layout, and helpful staff. They lose one star because they're on the expensive side, but I do understand why they can't compete with the big-box stores on pricing. Their tree selection, in particular, is outstanding.

Stopped in here Saturday looking for a White Fringe tree. They did not have it in stock but the gentleman that we spoke with was very helpful. He explained that they usually get those in February. We will see him next February for sure. Ended up purchasing vegetable plants for the garden as well as a few flowers. Great selection and service. You cannot go wrong here.

We recently hired Redmond’s for a complete make-over of our front yard landscaping. They did an outstanding job! From the design to the implementation, we had a great experience. Richie did a fabulous job with the design - he showed us photo-shopped pictures of what he came up with. We were able to add our own input and together came up with a great plan. The job was completed on time and the crew that did the install was very professional and extremely hard working. We would highly recommend Redmond’s for your landscaping needs!

Went there on the 8th of April 2021. Me and my husband had an excellent experience. When we first got there the employee in a bob cat asked if we needed any help. Than other employees asked us as well. We had questions looking for certain types of shirts, plants and trees for specific area. They took time to show us and explain the differences and best options! We will definitely be back even if it's pouring rain.

I can tell this place has good management! All employees are attentive to customers and everyone I interacted with was truly professional. I cant say enough good things about Emma Thompson, she is very knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions on what to plant at our home. Nice work Emma, you are a rock star! We appreciate your excellent customer service.

Treated worse than a dog here. Absolute worst customer service iv ever received in my whole life. I wouldnt give them my business if they were the last garden place on this earth. Do not waste your time or hard earned money at this place.

Prices are HIGH. Was greeted by several workers but not the best checkout experience. Tell them you’re planting in the ground so you get the warranty 🙄

I've been coming to Redmond's for several years now and have never been disappointed by their servant-mindset, extensive knowledge and vast selection. They take pride in their products and will not sell anything that does not meet their standards. I've always found their prices to be reasonable and their customer service to be quick and helpful.

This locally-owned business has an incredible passion reflected through their selection and service. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great selection, but we haven't had great luck with customer service in person or over the phone. We've been to their garden center three times, and each time, we had a hard time tracking down staff who could help us. I am pleased with the quality and variety of shrubs and trees. We've had no problems with anything dying.

They have a huge selection of trees and outdoor plants at reasonable costs but bad customer service. I came there for house plants and did not find any and no employees offered to help or say hello or smile. I did not feel welcome here and won't be coming back. I went to another local nursery and was immediately greeted and helped.

I absolutely LOVE Redmond's Garden and Landscaping Company. We've used them several times and they just keep getting better. Great service, just call and someone will be at your site within days to help you with your decision. In my case, we've dealt with Richie Bullock every time. He's wonderful. Within a couple of weeks he sends me an email with a drawing of what everything will look like along with an estimate. Doesn't get any better than that! This past month the crew that worked with me was Dan and Max. ANY COMPANY would be thrilled to have them as employees. Excellent workers in every way. Beyond GREAT!

A dead Arbor vitae just 4 weeks after being planted by a professional landscaper and they refuse to even replace them!! Horrible service!! I will never go back!

Redmond’s Garden Center provides excellent customer service. Their employees are knowledgeable about landscaping and the plants they have available. I appreciate that they listen to their customer, make suggestions when asked, and can advise on what planting would be best best for the soil type, the amount of sunlight and moisture needed for optimal growth, and the proper way to plant. I would like to recognize Cody, Jake, and Sydney for going the extra mile to provide a positive experience when I am shopping for my landscaping needs.

This place is absolutely amazing even in the winter. Their customer service is amazing. The lady that helped me today was amazing. You definitely have a lifetime Customer.

The landscapers did a wonderful job planting trees in the former Andover golf course green space. The trees are big and healthy and make the area look like a beautiful park. The workers were so respectful and quality conscious. We love the trees!

Tom did an excellent job aerating our lawn. Tom was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was thorough and fast. Excellent service!

Tom came out to the house on 4/29 and this man deserves a raise!! He explained everything to me and what is best for my lawn to get it back into shape. Highly recommend Tom and Epic Lawn Care!!

We've had very good luck with Epic Lawn Care's mosquito abatement program. We have a swampy, treesy, and weedy big back yard. We wouldn't be able to enjoy our yard at all during mosquito season. Thomas had been spraying our yard for 3 years. He's great. He always texts before he arrives so we can get our dog in the crate. He's very careful with all our crazy janky gates. We appreciate Thomas and his friendly care, and Epic's innovative mosquito spray, it has quick acting and longer lasting elements as well as some of the innovative treatment that makes male mosquitos sterile. Definitely worth the expense.
