I called to have TBTE reps come out and access our Crabapple, which I thought needed to come down. Much to my surprise, Eric, their arborist, helped me see that it was perfectly fine, I just needed to correct a few things to extend its life.
We have used them before so we wanted to reach out again, and I’m glad we did. He was on time, informative, and gave me a solution verses wanting to chop down a perfectly good tree. Thanks so much!

Mr. Hesley and Mr. Lancaster did excellent work on 12/16/2021, they took time to listen, and verify all work was done according to the contract. I have used this particular business twice within one year. They are super experienced, show up when they say they’re going to show up, always clean up properly, and are very reasonable with their prices. I will always call them when I need tree trimming or removal.

Eric did a good job of scoping and made good recommendations on what to do with our trees. Thereafter Ian came over and did a good and meticulous job of pruning our plum tree and the other maple trees, all of which are in the front of our home and therefore very visible. Ian showed up on time and and cleaned up neatly afterward. Price was also reasonable. We will definitely call TBTE in the future for pruning and other tree requirements.

I have used this company on three different occasions over the last five years and yes their work is good but not better than others I have used in Lexington. They may even be pricier. They have a real problem though showing up when you are scheduled. Recently I asked them to come do additional work at my home. Over the years I have paid them over $1,000. They did not show up on the day that they said they would and I waited all day and even called twice that day to confirm. I called again later to ask them to reschedule another day and they tell me they can't do that because they now are adding new work. I feel they should take care of their current customers before they take care of new work and they disagree. I will not use them again.

You may have to wait for scheduling, but after interviewing other vendors, it became clear Town Branch was all about what’s best for the tree. Two other bids quickly offered to lop off gigantic branches (I’m in a woodsy, large-treed neighborhood) Today, as initially bid, Town Branch came in like surgeons to cut only the dead wood and troublesome branches. A+ on cleanup as well.

Excellent personnel and services! I like to support local, Lexington KY businesses. Eric, who scoped the project and gave the estimate, is a certified arborist, who took detailed notes and made suggestions to work on several large, mature trees. The crew that arrived also were knowledgeable and informative and patient as they answered my questions. I am confident they didn't just hack my trees, but were surgical in their cuts so that my trees will remain healthy for many years.

I was very impressed with Town Branch from start to finish. Their communication was top-notch. The guys they sent out to perform the work were professional, thorough, and courteous. They had to call the Before You Dig number and get the utilities marked before performing one specific part of the job, and Town Branch returned very promptly (after the utility companies marked the lines) to complete the job. Last, but not least, they invoiced me promptly upon completion of the work and provided an option to pay electronically. I’ll definitely be using them again for my tree trimming needs.

They offered quick estimates, competitive pricing, and technical details about my trees with recommendations to ensure the health and longevity of them. They conducted the work on schedule and openly communicated throughout the process. They offered a more caring and comprehensive service than other local businesses I have used in the past, I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family needing assistance! My new go-to for any needs in the future.

After the storms we got (from Helene) I needed some huge tree limb removal from my roof. Jesse Hesley and his team at the local Bartlett responded quickly, efficiently and professionally and got the limbs removed so that we could patch and replace the roof quickly. They did such a good job that I called them back for some additional preventive work for the winter. They gave me a very comprehensive, detailed quote for everything in my yard - I have LOTS of trees, and it was more than I could commit to at the time, so they took the time to come back, walk throught the yard with me, on my schedule, and break it down for me - things that were risk and preventive, things that were nice to have, things that would save the trees and extend their lives, things that help improve the property - they were very knowledgeable about trees of course, but they also took the time to consider the things I care about - my squirrels and their habitats, and so much more. I would highly recommend using them for your tree needs.

I needed pruning on my golden raintree and four large junipers and the team did an excellent job. I received the quote quickly and the work was scheduled fast. Megan was so communicative and caring throughout the process. The two gentlemen who came out took extra care with my trees and made sure I was happy before they left. I’ve used this company multiple times over the years and can’t imagine using anyone else. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the service we received to remove a small red maple unfortunately growing in the wrong place reducing light and being cramped by our neighbour’s majestic walnut. Very tidy and careful work. Both during the visit to see the site, and to remove the tree, Bartlett Tree Experts showed that they are well versed with the subject of trees and as such I would not hesitate to recommend them
