Robert was very professional. We discussed options for removal of our huge patch of overgrown bamboo, including grinding the rhizomes. He and his crew worked safely, steadily and cleaned up after the job was completed. Robert always took time to answer our question's as they arose. We live in Lexington and are extremely pleased with the quality of their work. We can highly recommend Sure Notch Tree Service.

Suck. I emailed from thier web site one week before. No answer ever. I called and no answer, no call back. Completely unreliable and would not depend or rely on them ever. I am now at almost two weeks with no response.
