They did a great job on my tree removal! I had a lot of damage from a storm, half my tree came down onto my shed. They got out as quick as they could to come work on it. The owner is good with communication and helping people out.. I will be recommending them to anybody who needs a tree removal service in the future.

I could not be happier. I had four trees removed including an 80 ft White pine. Rain was an issue so it took a few days to get all the work completed. James Sims is great to work with and made sure I was happy with the results. I will be using Tree Pro in the future.

Great experience with Tree Pro from beginning to end. James has years of knowledge about trees and he really helped walk me through the damage, what could stay, and what should go. I have a gorgeous back yard with beautiful tree coverage so he helped put me at ease, and I had a good understanding of the logistics for this large job. I had 6 large trees that required major cutting or had to be completely removed from severe storm damage, and the end results showed how much the crew came in with great precision and care. Pricing is also very good. I had several estimates well into the $4,000 range and above. Tree Pro quoted me right under $2,500 for this project. Scheduling and payment was also very easy. Work was scheduled a completed in a timely manner.

I've used Tree Pro twice now at two different houses and I've been so very pleased with the quality of work their crew does. They really go above and beyond, and treat each each job site as if it were their own back yard. James, the owner, will not try to oversell you. He gives straightforward recommendations that prioritize safety, and the health of the tree. His pricing structure is also more than fair. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a line of Green Giant Arborvitae that needed to be removed from our backyard. After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with Tree Pro. There was a little confusion and miscommunication at the beginning. Because of this, and because of the current pandemic conditions, it took several months for the job to be complete. Let me be clear, the miscommunication at the beginning is the only reason I can't give five stars. Other than that small hiccup, everything went smoothly and we were extremely satisfied with the results. The crew that came out to do the work were friendly and professional. They worked well as a team and got the trees down quickly and safely. I would happily recommend Tree Pro

Cannot say enough about the work that the Tree Pro team did on a 60'+ pine tree removal in our front yard. It was planted way to close to the house 40+ years ago and the tree was worrisome. The Tree Pro team brought a whole team and the big trucks and took it down, ground the stump and cleaned up my yard like they were never there. I have another big tree that made it difficult to use the bucket truck, but they got the work done and did not damage the tree or my yard. James has done trimming on several other trees over the years and he comes out every other year to treat my two big ash trees for the emerald ash borer.

Called and left voice mails, emailed as well. No replies. Here on a vacation with a fire pit at our air bnb and wanted to pick up some wood. Nothing. Not a thing. No reply. Went to tractor supply. Could not get the bulk but it was there and seasoned well and we did not let these guys ruin our trip.

Tree Pro just took down a 75' Hackberry estimated to be 70 years old, that was declining to the point that it was a safety hazard. I have enjoyed that tree for 25 years and had put off taking it down. I was very sad to see it go, but common sense prevailed.

I have never been so impressed with a group of hard working skilled professionals lead by Danny as I was with this Tree Pro Team. The trust they have in each other, the focus, skill and safety displayed was fascinating to see. These guys are truly Pros. Incredible trucks were used in each phase of the removal (never thought I'd be in awe of trucks). They brought it down in a day and the stump was ground the next day. My yard was cleaner than before they came.

Communication from Danny and James was great. They were super busy with the crazy weather we've had, and in spite of that responded to my call promptly - many didn't, came out to look at the tree within a day, quoted a great price (I had several) and got to me in about 3 weeks. I highly recommend this company. They far exceeded my expectations and I'm a happy customer.

We had a 40+ inch round trunk, 140 year old Basswood tree, probably 80 feet tall die on 2nd Street in Lexington....very close to our house, our neighbors, and nestled in between lot of power/cable/phone lines. Even though we had some weather delays, James and his crew were the best to work with! They rolled in this morning at 8am with all their equipment and a crane, and by 2pm, the place was so clean you couldn't even tell any work had been done or that a tree had ever been there. Very surprised at their speed, quality of work, and thoroughness of their cleanup as well. Please note that I didn't snap any pictures of after the stump grinding and cleanup yet.

We have been getting service from Bartlett by feeding the roots of our dogwood and maple tree. However during the recent high winds the fork in the maple tree split and needed removal to prevent further damage. I worked with the arborist, Megan to schedule a team of Tree Experts to do the job.

They came out and were able to remove the damaged limb and also were able to go up the center of the tree to remove smaller branches that needed removal. The tree looks so much better and their work will extend the life of the tree.
