Sure Notch Tree Service did an awesome job on my trees. Besides trimming the oak and maple (the maple hadn't been pruned before) they trimmed the other trees around the yard. They left my yard in pristine condition.

Robert came out after the storm and has done a wonderful job very profesional and didnt stop until the job was done. Exceptinal clean up. Very happy. Thanks guys.

The guys came out on time, trimmed two oak trees, redbud and a tulip tree. Everything was done in 3 hours and then they chipped everything down and cleaned up. They did such a good job, our neighbor asked if they could remove one of their trees. Pricing was good and the family was pleased with the results.

Sore Notch Tree Service did a great job trimming back trees that had grown above the roof, and up against the house. Robert , the owner, responded to the request immediately and came out to give an in-depth assessment and estimate. The crew all did an exceptional job. I am very happy , and highly recommend.

Sure Notch removed a dead oak tree from our backyard. It was between a brick wall and a smaller tree, we thought it may be difficult to access and remove. They were able to remove the large oak with no problem! They are very professional, courteous and efficient. They left our backyard cleaner than when they arrived! Responsive and clear communication. Highly recommend!

Was very quick in communicating with me and coming out for a very reasonable quote. Was able to squeeze me in only a few days later because I had a roof replacement on hold until the trees could be trimmed. Did a fantastic and fast job. Very nice, will use again for future tree work. No one we know knew of a tree trimmer recommendation when we started… now I know who to call and recommend!

Absolutely wonderful people. The customer service was 10-10. And they was flexible with payments. I didn’t know that the tree beside my house (it was huge) would cost as much as it did. He was able to let me pay half the day of the service and the other half within 30 days after the service. They removed two massive, rotting hackberry trees that were leaning toward our home, completed in just two days, stayed late both days, and cleaned up beautifully when finished. Robert and team did a great job clearing trees from my property. They even had to deconstruct and reconstruct a quite rickety fence to get some down; I’m certain the fence is more stable after they put it back up. The communication was also great; I got an inspection+quote same week (something I couldn’t even get in a month from the 4 other companies I reached out to).

Sure Notch Tree Service removed a large pin oak on my property (approximately 60 feet tall), and the entire process was handled with a level of professionalism and precision that’s hard to overstate.

From the beginning, they were communicative and thoughtful in their planning. Robert walked through the approach with me ahead of time and clearly understood the importance of protecting the surrounding property. Plus, he showed extensive knowledge and offered helpful insights.

One thing I’ve come to really appreciate is when people plan timing with you on projects. We set the target date for the job and only had a caveat for potential adverse weather (late February). They confirmed the day and time and touched base the day before to make sure we were good for timing. Then they arrived at the time they set. I have found this to be one of the most rare qualities and it is invaluable.

The execution itself was exceptional. Robert and Jason brought the tree down so elegantly, had I not been aware of the work, I might not have realized it was happening. It was an impressive display of control and experience, especially given the size of the tree.

They were also very mindful of the property. They came fully prepared to prevent equipment from marking up the lawn, and the cleanup was beyond thorough. Every twig was removed, and the yard honestly looked cleaner when they finished than when they started.

They were pleasant to work with from start to finish, and I’ve already reached out to them for a second project involving new tree planting.

I had 5 stumps to be removed with 4 of them being very close to my home. The work was completed in a very timely manner and without and damage to my home. This work was completed while I was away so I cannot comment on the difficulty but finished product is great. I will not hesitate to call on them in the future and give them a 5 star rating.
