During the estimate appointment Robert took his time explaining everything, he answered all of my questions and even took the time to teach me a few things about tree health. The team showed up on time, very mindful/respectful of my property, and the only way I knew they had been there is that the trees were gone. I give them the highest of recommendations. You won’t be disappointed.

I noticed my neighbor had hired Sure Notch Tree Service so I walked down and talked to Robert. He was so nice and said that he could take care of my small job just as soon as he finished up with my neighbor. They did a great job and cleaned up so well afterwards! Robert did a great job trimming the trees in our front yard in Lexington. We had 2 trees in the front yard that needed some significant trimming away from the house.
He came out to do a quote the next day after I called and the service was done just a couple of days later.
Left the yard looking great and even raked the leaves up that had needed to be raked. Used a chipper to get rid of all the branches.
He's a cash or check guy, but was able to use Zelle which was more convenient for me to use. Fairly priced.
Professional and knowledgeable. He knows his business and does a great job at it. Definitely recommend!

It was a pleasure to watch Robert and his staff work so efficiently as a team. They trimmed my Birch tree just as I asked and I am more than happy with the look I was going for. I have a totally different respect for the type of work they do and I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Robert came out to look at our cherry blossom tree. Unfortunately the tree is not going to make it, but his knowledge and understanding really softened the blow. I can’t say enough good things about Sure Notch Tree Service. They came out to my property in another town and gave me a quote. Scheduling with him was very easy and he was able to fit me in. He was very good at communicating with me about when to expect him and what to expect during his time on my property. These gentlemen took down a huge Oak tree in my backyard. No easy task. No truck access. Sure Notch were professional and their cleanup was very good.

We had 3 large pine trees that were dead or dying and were way too close to our house for us to try to cut down. Robert came and gave me an estimate and then returned on our agreed upon day and time and did the work. I felt like he went upon and beyond and did a great job.
