This company is a scam. They get a hold of your credit card, and rip you off. They came to my restaurant, misdiagnosed a problem and tried to sell me a new motor for my dishwasher, when it was a minor problem. Then, I get a bill for over $250. Do not use this company!

Called to schedule a repair, requested a courtesy call prior to arrival as they charge destination fees. Didn't get a call, repair man showed up and didnt do anything but my business still got charged. I specifically requested a courtesy call to avoid the fee as I had scheduled other technicians. Be wary of poor customer service Edit* The branch manager reached out to provide a refund. Adjusting to 4 stars. Thank you

We repaired oven form this company first they took more days to repair than most company does. As well as the technician had limited knowledge about the repair. Once the repair is done I call the company to under stand what job they had performed on the oven and how they charge us, they told me the manger will call me and let me know about it. Today it been almost two month no one called me yet. So, bad customer service experience I had.
