Extremely helpful staff and great prices. After following advice of another pool store for days and still not having my pool right, the staff at All America gave me simple, straightforward advice that cleaned my pool up quickly. Would recommend to anyone with a pool!

Employees were very polite and helped me selecting a chlorinator for my pool. They are quite knowledgeable . Although I showed them pics of the situation I was dealing with they did sell me two couplings I did not need. I'm sure it was just a misunderstanding due to my lack of knowledge. Of course I will be able to return in needed parts.

Nice place but Very pricey!!, I was standing by a young man that works there I had a question. He was talking to someone, never acknowledged me, Walked past me, ladies behind the counter could definitely be friendlier. Not a good Atmosphere at all. Pools are Fun, make people happy. They should be friendlier, more helpful.

We would give them 5 stars for the quality of the pool,but the communication was challenging. The people they hired to install did a great job and are friendly but the do not take away any garbage ,they leave it all up to you to dispose of it . What a job especially after you spend over 14 hundred dollars to install.

Zackary and Koa service was excellent Koa talked to me on the phone and jackals helped me in the store,will be coming back for all my pool needs

I bought furniture in 2021 and still haven't recieved the cushions for the outdoor sofa. They did give me loaner cushions (not the color I ordered) until the navy ones arrive but after 2 years I'm still waiting. At this point they aren't returning phone calls or emails. Very frustrating indeed when you pay all that money and once they have it, they act like you are a bother because you want what you paid for.

Working with All American Pool itself was a good experience. Mike was very helpful. However, the installation experience was somewhat disappointing. First, we had been informed that the installers would be at my house between 8 and 8:30 in the morning. They did not arrive until about 1 pm. Then left at 5:30. Due to some old roots, there had to be additional work, which cost an additional $240.00. We had requested and were told by All American, that a site survey would be done prior to installation. That didn't happen, so we were not expecting additional cost for the roots issue. Finally, when they completed the install, all of the cardboard boxes were left in my back yard. I work in the service industry, and that is not acceptable. Sorry, but just not too pleased with that part of the process.

When you sign a contract with a company and they repeatedly tell you they’re going to do something and don’t or that something is going to happen and it doesn’t, you lose faith in them. This all started in Dec of 2020. After many months of being given start times that would come and go with no explanation unless we contacted them, we voiced our frustration. Michelle Pence, the President of the company, offered us a refund of our $5,000 deposit in a text. We let her know that we felt that would be the best. After many promises of when the check would be in the mail, it never came. We contacted the KY Attorney General to see what our options might be. We presented everything we had to them, including the texts where she said she’d send the refund. They contacted Michelle who then sent an email back to the AG stating that she would send the check the week of Aug 15. We have not heard from her or received it. So we have far less than a glowing report for the company or Michelle who has told us and the AG things that were not true. Our advice would be to avoid this company, just wish we had.

We purchased a pool from All American during 2020. The install went flawlessly. The contractors have all been courteous and taken great care of the pool and our yard. No issues at all, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Contacted them in April and bought a new liner for my pool. I asked when I would be getting the liner installed, early May was the response. I called in May and was told they would contact the installer. Weeks went by after I called them multiple times they ended up just giving me the installers number. Installed came out in June. My pool was missing the rails it needed for this liner. Not their fault, they said they would get them ordered so I could have the installer come back. It’s now September and after several phone calls, Dalton always tells me the parts are not in that he will check on it.

I called again today. Turns out Dalton no longer works there and there is no record of anything ever being ordered for my pool. I just got lucky enough each time I called and I Dalton. 🙄 The gentleman I talked to today is trying to fix the situation. The gentleman I talked to today is the only reason they got a 3 star instead on the 1 star I originally wanted to give. I work on Dixie but live an hour away in Madison. There are definitely other options for pool places. I was trying to use a company that I worked near that I thought would appreciate the business. I work with customers daily as well, I hate leaving bad reviews, but it honestly has not been a great service. I am trying really hard to give the benefit of the doubt, but one dud employee has really hurt this for me.

All America Pool has outstanding service! My pool pump wouldn’t start up this year. I contacted them for repairs and they were able to get someone out the next day to troubleshoot the problem. My pump is now up and running and I am very grateful for their service. All of their employees are kind, thoughtful, professional and responsive.

If we could give a negative number we surely would.

Put down a $2,965.70 deposit for a new liner on May 18th, 2022.

Multiple dates set up for measuring, draining, prep work with no show and no communication.

All communication started with us, the customer.

Finally after 11 months we asked for a refund and received it. No attempt by the owner to right her horrible business practices or keep what could have been long term customers.

It is our experience that if the owner is talking or typing you can believe it is a lie.

Happily moving on with a company that understands the importance of all customers.

I had a new liner installed in my in ground pool. That seemed to go well, although they asked if I wanted the floor drain filled in with concrete because they said, those never work. Mine had worked fine before - but has not worked since. And I noticed a foot diameter circle on the side wall that seemed new, or more noticeable. For the past three years I have been trying to get them to come out and look at it, as I felt it was a result of the install. They say the 'scheduler will call me' and that never happens. Last time they promised the owner would call. Still waiting. I just pulled the liner and fixed the area myself, apparently a cover plate over an optional light fixture that failed after the install. You would think paying $3400 for service would get them to support it. Apparently once the check clears they do t know you.

Staff inside the store was always friendly, but that didn't get me anywhere.

We agreed to a new pool construction and placed a 5000 deposit. Shortly after agreeing to this contract I accepted a new job out of state. At that time we were about 3 months from starting the project. We contacted Michelle to let her know as soon as we knew. Initially she said we would “work something out” for our deposit. But later she never responded to calls/texts and kept the full deposit. That may have been her right but I have major concerns about her ethics. Be careful before you make a major investment with them.

1/17/24 Update: despite their response with a promise to reimburse us, they have never followed through. I have been patient and reached out to Michelle more than once. Again, I would use caution when working with them.

We moved into our home 10 years ago and discovered that All American installed out in ground pool. The owner came by and walked us through everything that pertained to the pool and gave us invaluable info. We have used them to replace the liner and buy all of our supplies from them. They are always so helpful and friendly. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
Sorry it took me 10 years to write a review. We appreciate everything that you do and will be forever customers!!

We bought 16 x 28 expandable pool by Dough boy from them 3 1/2 years ago, we are on our 3rd liner replacement, the first 2 were due to errors in installation from the beginning, now our seam was leaking on this one, had it taken out, now they won't return phone calls to get an installer out to put it in, it has been months of phone conversations saying they will talk to installer and call us back. Our pool is still sitting empty June 6, 2023 and again called, same repeat conversation! If your going to sell EXPANDABLE LINERS you should service them as well.
We have purchased 3 liners from you, the last liner #4 we got from Skippers, only because you had NO idea when u could get it in! Shame on you for treating your customers like that, you sold us this Expandable, now you have no one to service it, again, shame on you..lol..call the number you list, i have everyday, u give us the run around or dont return calls as you say!! And then say installer will contact us..we have left several messages with no response..u are in the HALL OF SHAME!!!

Everyone at this store always takes care of my needs. I’ve never been disappointed by them or their products. I highly recommend all America!

Great experience with Zachary. Sold us an above ground pool and gave us the facts we needed to decide on which model. The whole
process took about 30 minutes. We are looking forward to the install at the end of the month.

I don’t think there’s a review that I could even put that will be good enough to even show or explain how I feel about how great this story is. I made a mistake by buying a pool from A pool warehouse instead of buying it from here. Because the liner that came with the pool that I bought was wrong. So I needed A pool liner at the last minute and they were able to get me one within 40 minutes of me calling them. Haleigh my sales lady actually got one from another warehouse and had it to her store within the 40 minutes of me calling and asking for one. So much, thanks to all American pool and to my sales lady Haleigh And the owner of the store for making it happen. This couldn’t have been any easier. All American Pool on Dixie Hwy is now my go to store.
