Highly Recommend All-American Pool Supply!

I can’t say enough good things about All-American Pool Supply! They have been absolutely wonderful in helping me maintain my pool. Every time I go in, I’m met with friendly, knowledgeable service—and I especially want to shout out Zachary, the manager.

Zachary always takes his time to explain exactly what I need and why. He doesn’t just hand you a product—he walks you through how much to use and how often, and even writes the directions clearly on the back so I don’t forget. That kind of customer service is rare these days and truly appreciated.

Thanks to Zachary and the whole team at All-American Pool for making pool care so much easier for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Been a customer since 2020.
Purchased our pool during the hype of COVID and shortages. Michelle made an in-person visit to measure our area we’d like our pool. Gave us options to choose from. We ended up going to the Dixie Hwy location and working with Alyson H on what was best for us and our budget.
Made purchase in May 2020 and installed Dec 2020. While this was frustrating it was out of their control. Michelle and Alyson kept us in the loop as much as they could.
Since installation we have continued to use their services for opening and closing our above ground pool. While we are just outside the Shelby Co area they still service for us. Kudos to that.
Rick T and Michael W are AMAZING men. Know their pools and willing to answer any and all of my stupid questions. They took the time out on their fist visit to explain the pump, the chemicals and all - I took notes. Rick T is prior military so we always have conversations due to us being Veterans ourselves. I look forward to their 2 times a year visits to service the pool. They are great.
Dawn O has been AMAZING with communication via email and phone. She is quick to respond and is very helpful.

Had an older liner replaced by All America. Completely painless process. Timelines, costs and ordering processes were well explained at the beginning. Communication was great from the front office. The install crew were efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would highly recommend

They worked with me to find deck materials cheaper than the original estimate and did everything exactly as was agreed to in the estimate just at a lower cost than the original. I am very pleased with the results.

Met with them on our vision of a new deck to extend to our pool. They took our vision and made it even better. They were quick, professional and were reasonably priced. 2nd Gen did such a fantastic job on our deck, we also had them replace all our windows and gutters. 2nd gen will absolutely be our first call on our next project.

Tom Higgins of Higgins Construction does a fantastic job! He is professional and a true craftsman when it comes to his work. I look forward to him doing work for me in the future!

Edward did an amazing job on my roof . It blew off and he applied a tarp and lumber so that the rain wouldn’t cave it in . Very professional and very honest . Will recommend to anyone who needs these services.

Our family cannot say enough kind things about Patron Roofing Company. This is my first home and first roof. I had so many questions and Patron Roofing was very responsive to all of my questions. They was very professional and courteous though the entire pre-roofing process and to the very end. When it was time for our roof to be completed ,they went above and beyond to provide satisfactory work. They exceeded my expectations the roof looks wonderful! The crew also took extra time in cleaning up after as well. Patron Roofing was extremely kind, responsive, thorough and I would recommend them to anyone!
