Oliver and his team were terrific. A plumbing connection came loose causing water to flood our newly constructed home. Upon calling RIR, the phone was answered immediately. Even though we are very rural, Oliver was here within hours. His team was on site in no time and worked tirelessly cleaning up the mess. Over the course of several days they came out to monitor humidity levels to ensure everything was dried out. Very professional highly recommended team!

Oliver and his team are absolutely unbelievable! They did a great job restoring our house after a tree fell on it this past summer. Oliver is extremely professional, detailed, organized and hard working! I would recommend him to any and everyone! The guy is absolutely incredible!

Oliver Phillips and his crew did a marvelous job- removing the mold and asbestos from the house. They rebuilt the kitchen and bathrooms. Oliver coordinated the subcontractors (tile, flooring and cabinets). He also knows how to deal with insurance companies (who held up the work). The efforts were above and beyond the minimum. Repairs were made as requested. We highly recommend RIR!

My life was turned upside down March 18, 2025. My 1500 square foot house had flooded due to a busted pipe. I was clueless how to navigate the restoration process and damage of over 28,000 dollars. Oliver Phillips has created a dynamic team at RiR Restoration and Construction and they are nothing short of a class act, and miracle workers I might add. I had a short timeline due to having hip surgery coming soon May 11th. I had to have a home sterile environment post surgery. Oliver patiently walked me through this journey of mitigation, ripping out damaged flooring, installing new flooring, new plumbing, new wood shelving, new trim and quarter round, new drywall and painting throughout the entire house. Every room and closet in my house was upgraded. Oliver even got me a huge discount on kitchen countertops when my new flooring did not mot match the existing countertops. Oliver met personally with my insurance adjuster and made sure that process was seamless. When I had a worker show up Derby Day to not miss the completion deadline, I knew this company was top-notch. All his team went out of their way to move and protect my belongings. I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation to the quality work and attention to detail this team exhibited. Our kitchen and basement flooded. A neighbor suggested Oliver with RiR Restoration and Construction. He showed 20 minutes later and within a few hours his team had the damaged areas cleared of debris and an abundance of dehumidifiers running throughout the house. We had a tree fall on our house after a storm. Our contractor, Oliver, was on the job the next day. He dealt with our insurance company, and the multiple companies that fixed our roof, siding, fence, and chimney and the other things we needed. He was highly communicative through it all, and we felt very secure in the way he handled everything. There was stress during the process, of course, but he made it a lot more comforting by taking care of things we'd have no idea of how to do. I would 100% recommend him and his company.

Oliver with RIR Restoration and Reconstruction was recommended by my insurance agent, and was very responsive to begin my flood restoration the same day I was able to let most of the water out of my walkout basement after a flood. He brought generators to run lights to allow his crew to work while my power was turned off by the utility company. The crew was thorough, cleaning out the muddy debris, tearing out wet drywall and insulation and cleaning the floor and walls,; I saw one guy literally wiping every stud!
Oliver has been very helpful and extremely patient while we filed two supplements to my FEMA backed flood insurance. He was always quick to follow up on any question I had. Although I had already hired a contractor to replace the drywall, doors, trims and paint, I am sure Oliver’s crew would have done an excellent job on the restoration as well.

Awesome company to work with!

I contacted A-OK Roofing and Exteriors after the most recent wind storm on a Monday morning and someone came out to see me that day. They did a full inspection on the roof and noted a couple of minor dings but that the roof and shingles were still in great shape. So, I got an honest assessment of my roof which makes it easy to want to call them the next time I have an issue or need the roof replaced. I dealt with Todd who was friendly and professional.
