Wish there were 10 stars to rate American Home Exteriors. I will definitely pass the word of their great service. Victor was absolutely amazing, obtained my quote in no time, actual work was completed in 1 day, and he even repaired my siding all within the same day!
The entire crew was extremely polite, informative, clean, and hard-working. I must add they protected and worked effectively around my beautiful garden. 😊

I love these guys! I hired Victor to replace a roof after getting several quotes. Out of everyone I interviewed Victor and his team were clearly the most trustworthy and efficient. I couldn’t believe how fast they ripped off the old roof, replaced some rotten wood, and put new shingles on. They cleaned up their job site well and left me very pleased, I will be using them for all of my roofing needs in the future and I recommend you do too! 10/10!

American home exterior replaced our roof and did a amazing job. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. I called many roofing company's and couldn't get people to show up to look at my roof. Joe showed up on time and got things moving forward. I would highly recommend them to others.

Joe Mueller was my point of contact, he was amazing from start to finish. Kept me informed when supplies arrived, pictures before during and after installation of both windows and gutters. Job was not only completed on time, but never once left a mess or anything for me to pick up during the entire process. Great Job and the addition of the Black flashing is stunning.

Fantastic job! We had some rotted wood or poorly installed vinyl siding from the previous owner of our house and Victor and his team fixed it and replaced all the old wood and properly sealed the siding. Highly recommend!!

Mr. Roche was introduced to me by my nephew two years after a new furnace installation , and one year after a new roof installation. The current LG&E poll needed to be secured differently, and there was a leak around my PVC chimney pipe. My anxiety was high and I was frustrated after under going two expensive repairs and needing another until I met Victor. He calmed me with his knowledge and professionalism which convenience me to take on another major project. The project was completed and cleaned-up in one day. Great customer service and did a great job. I had some repairs done to my roof around my chimney were it was leaking and my back porch patio roof. Victor gave me a quote for the work and came out within two weeks of scheduling the work to be done. Price was great and work was done very well. I would definitely recommend them for any exterior home work.

We recently had a major roofing project done by American Home Exteriors, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Our house needed a full roof replacement (not a small job) and from day one they treated us like actual people, not just another number in the system.

What stood out the most was how hard they fought for us with our insurance company. This was a complex claim with a lot of moving parts, and they never once backed off or took the easy route. They pushed to make sure everything that should be covered was covered, and they kept us informed the entire time. You don’t realize how valuable that is until you’re knee-deep in paperwork and phone calls.

The work itself was top-notch. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and delivered a roof that looks fantastic. They also made sure any third-party contractors involved met the same high standards. No shortcuts, no quick fixes, no settling for “good enough.” It felt like they cared about the final result as much as we did.

I also have to give a huge shout-out to Joe, our salesman. Joe basically held our hand through the entire process. He explained everything in plain English, never rushed us, answered every question, and genuinely looked out for us the whole way. It’s rare to find someone that patient and that committed to making sure a customer feels confident and taken care of.

An employee had contracted for some gutterwork to be done at his home, and Joe Mueller came by to discuss some options in our office. We started talking and I told him about my home needing some siding for an exterior building. Joe gave me a very broad estimate based on photos and square footage, and went to my home the very next day to give me a more accurate quote.
