Stephen was professional and so helpful during the gutter installation quoting process! The install team were efficient, on time and the finished product is amazing. I will definitely call them again for other roofing repairs. I know I need in the future.

Very good service and quality professional work. Had a roof leak from a low slope area at bottom of steep valley. Jose discussed my options in detail and provided expert opinion. He responded to my calls and concerns promptly. Repair required removal of old shingles, installation of special water barrier underlayment, then new shingles on top. Repair tech Edgar was very skilled and professional. He had no problem with me getting on the roof a few times (my ladder) to see how it was going. He also took the time to explain things to me and address my concerns. It was quite a bit of work, running late into the day, but I could tell Edgar was taking the time to do it right. Great documentation including before, during, and after pictures. All old material was removed and areas cleaned up well. I am practically a total do-it-yourselfer and a retired engineering manager. I know quality, professionalism, and service. I got all these from Bone Dry and am very satisfied.

Bone Dry Roofing did an amazing job with my roof repair. They were professional throughout the entire process, I especially appreciated the progress updates in real time as the work was being completed. The pictures were a nice touch, even though I wasn’t at home while the work was being completed I was able to watch the step by step progression. I will definitely be using Bone Dry again if I ever need additional work on my roof.

Very professional, high Quality work and materials! Everything was great from start to finish. From the estimate to installation day, everyone we spoke to was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will use for future projects for sure.

Probably the best in the business for sure. From the initial inspection through the job completion a phenomenal experience. High quality materials installed by professionals.

Bone Dry Roofing is a very reliable company with outstanding service and quality of work. I had a very difficult roofing problem because of a brick parapet on the front of the building since the original roof was not installed right causing leaking on the front wall of the living space. Bone Dry came up with a great solution for my roof that should last for years to come.

Wonderful experience, great job.
Our roof, chimney and gutters were a real mess beforehand so we had several jobs that needed completed, New shingles, roof repair, attic insulation, chimney rebuild, gutters and gutter guards. They were able to handle everything. They set schedules for each job. Called before each job started, then stayed in contact via text throughout the jobs. Including ETAs, progress of jobs and pictures were sent during the job so we were able to see the progression of each job, even the roof without shingles to see the bad areas and those areas once repaired, the chimney during the take down and rebuild and the attic before during and after insulation added. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. The workers and supervisors were great, very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and respectful of us and our property. They covered things before work began so once they were done the yard and decks were clean, nothing left behind even in the grass. No evidence they had even been here except for a wonderful new chimney and roof.
The gutters will be completed Wednesday.
We are very happy with Bone Dry. Each job was started and completed on schedule. We were very impressed with each worker that helped with the jobs including the gentleman that gave us the estimate. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took pictures of what he was seeing and then explained everything to us and discussed every possibility and option we had so there were no surprises once the job started. The price was fair and within the range of others.
We are 100% satisfied! -
We have used BoneDry for four projects. In all cases they did excellent work. But I have some complaints about how they handle customer relations.
Not getting firm installation dates- I'd be told, "next week" three weeks in a row, then "tomorrow" but part of a crew didn't show up and it got delayed again. Like that.
Can't get someone to call me to answer questions without several calls and 2-3 weeks. When I do reach someone, the help is excellent.
No one has ever followed up after a job to make sure I'm satisfied with the work. Nor has anyone come by to inspect the work afterwards. After the last job, I called three times about this and never got anywhere.
The last one is disappointing. They solved a 5-year leak problem that half a dozen different roofers couldn't find- including some of their own people. I had made clear the only reason I hired them to replace siding was to fix that leak. They could have had a nice customer success story. -
This was a tough one to rate. I feel like the people that the company contracted out to do the gutters did a great job. However, there seemed to be a decent amount of communication issues. We originally had a guy come to give us a quote. He did a great job. Unfortunately he apparently quite. So we didn't get picture showing what needed to be done. We also had some miscommunication on getting some shingles done. I told to represented us that I think I'll just be doing that myself. An when they sent a quote they wrote it in a way that suggested it with referring to the back part of the house that we did actually want to get fixed. It's not all there fault because my wife did sign the quote. However, had received pictures or maybe they asked me after telling two people that I didn't want that done then I wouldn't had to pay for something I can do myself. Like I said that's not all their fault ,but I don't think it's at least partially their fault. When The guy did my shingles he knocked the front part of my gutter down to where it was hanging incorrectly and couldn't properly hold water. When called the explain this to him because my basement can flood if my gutters are down. So they was supposed to get somebody out there quicker to go ahead and get my new gutters up. An that definitely didn't happen in the time frame that we discussed. In all fairness unfortunately most places that contract out work seem to struggle a little with good communication. Although that was frustrating almost certainly feel like they're with some pros to using them as well. I think original guy who came out did an amazing job at finding issues that other gutter companies missed. Bone Dry was not the cheapest. However, they the only people that caught the end of the facial boards was hung wrong. It was also the only company that noticed some rotten wooden one of the boards. An as I said the contractor did a great job. If they a little better with communication. An if we had a more clear quote with pictures that we was supposed to receive. An if they would have came back in a timely fashion after knocking my old gutter down a little I probably would have gave them five stars. Unfortunately do to communication issues I just don't think that's deservement.

I have had two experiences with this company. Both of which have equated to the same level of dissatisfaction but I am only reviewing the newest in this post. I should say that the work done is of good quality as far as I can tell, but the company themselves and the way they handle things is where they show their true colors. It's a bit winded but here we go:
A large tree was knocked over by a storm and landed on the front of our home. Once insurance handled everything on their end we had to have it inspected. Over a process of about 3 months we had Bonedry send out two inspectors to price it out. The first one ended up coming out twice before he was ultimately let go from the company. So they had to inspect it again. Which is weird considering that with each job section they said they had to "eat costs" because they ran into unexpected or not covered issues. In those three months there were at least 3 other rain storms that cause further damage even with tarp mitigation. Basically they failed to inspect in a timely manor and was unable to jump on working on our roof due to "high volume of work" and that led to more interior damage that was not covered under insurance (mold remediation).
Once they finally started on the process of fixing the roof the people that showed up were in a series of run-down looking, non labelled white vans. These are different from the clean and shiny trucks they arrived in initially. The roofers were not dressed in bonedry uniform and did not communicate in english very well, though they were nice people. They stopped frequently to break in the shade of our garage (they were lounging about 50% of the time we passed through the garage). It took a handful of weeks to repair just the roof. Numerous nails and pieces of siding have been found in the yard afterwards, also.
After the roof, they were still responsible for the gutters and the siding on the house as well as the insulation. However, Bonedry refused to continue working on any part of the house until they were paid for the roof. This was an insurance claim and we were waiting on the check to be double verified with the mortgage company. This led to another couple of weeks of no work being done while we got them the money they demanded for continuing. Once paid, they took another two weeks to reschedule us for the gutter and siding crew. When they did show back up -communication on arrival and start days were not clearly discussed- they were a different crew, in dingy white vans, and poor communication skills. They did take care of their respective jobs but the siding guys did not replace the peak near the roof because it was a special order item not covered under insurance. We were told that they could have made a custom one from siding but chose not to. I believe it is called a gauset?
So here we are, nearly half a year later and Bonedry is demanding payment for the gutters, siding (which technically is not complete), and insulation. The gauset is still not replaced. Bonedry says that they are eating the cost of the gauset but refuse to order it until we pay them for the completed work. They have even threatened to place a lean on the property numerous times. I should mention we have never refused to pay and are working within the means of insurance. Currently I am waiting to meet with a manager so that I can hand deliver the cashiers check so that this mafia-style shakedown/takeover doesn't happen.
So be warned victims of natural disasters. This company does not care about much more than getting paid. The crews and equipment they send out are not nearly as nice as the managers and supervisors that check the job sites (since they show up in nice clean bonedry trucks that are new and shiny). They will hassle you about money in a way that is similar to a mafia boss collecting protection money. And they may leave nails and other debris from their job sites even though they do a cleanup and send a supervisor out to check afterwards. Their one saving grace is that, as far as an untrained eye can tell, the actual work is decent. -
Amazing service, due to us needing to leave the country for a bit, Bone Dry was MORE than accommodating. Once they started the work it was quick, efficient, and beautiful. Our house has not ever looked this good. I have never had an issue with them getting scheduled, doing the work, and cleaning up after the beautification. They came out two different days. One for the roof and one for the gutters and a few extras. Always on top of communication with our insurance company. I HIGHLY recommend Bone Dry for all your roofing needs.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I dealt with at Bone Dry Roofing. That includes the crews that came out, the guys that supervised those crews, Dan (my sales rep), Will, and the ladies who answered the phones. The quality of the work was first-rate. Customer service was exceptional. It was a pleasure working with this company.

We did a whole house gutter replacement. Our home is 40 years old, about 6,000 sq. ft., with original gutters and soffit deterioration. From the beginning, with the estimate, this company stood out. I got 3 quotes. The sales rep., Greg Wafford, was honest, upfront and easy to work with. Their pricing was “in there”, but one quote gave a repeat business discount and Greg did his best to come close. I went with Bone Dry because their quote was detailed, specific and I just had a level of comfort from Greg, over the other vendors. My house looks incredible and I have zero regrets. Moises and Elias, the installers, were friendly, professional and well experienced. All of my neighbors are jealous and I expect Bone Dry to receive plenty of new orders. I highly recommend this company. They communicated so well with the entire experience through phone, text and email - not to mention the numerous before and after pictures through the entire installation process. Not to mention, they respected my property, and landscape and cleaned up well after themselves. Thank you, Bone Dry!

Especially with our new roof, gutters, down spouts, vinyl and shutters. -
The roof inspection was quick. But the repair was even quicker and completed with 100% no leak. JOB WELL DONE. High quality roofing company. Would definitely recommend Bone Dry for all your roofing needs.

Taylor (sales) and Will and John (project supervisors) were easy to access and had the answers we needed from start to finish. The work was done quickly but with care. Cleanup was thorough. Will inspected the work and noticed one small quality issue in the work around the chimney. He made sure it was brought up to the highest standard. Bone Dry is not the cheapest, but they do things to the highest specs. I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.

I contacted Bone Dry Roofing to inspect my roof for storm damage and to repair a gutter damaged by a fallen tree. From start to finish, their customer service, attention to detail, and communication were exceptional. They even worked directly with my insurance adjuster, advocating on my behalf, which made the process seamless and stress-free.
I was so impressed with their professionalism that I chose Bone Dry for a full roof replacement and new leaf filter micro mesh over the gutters. Taylor B, my sales specialist, was always available to answer my questions, was not pushy, and made sure I felt comfortable with choices every step of the way.
I waited to write this review until after the leaves fell, and I'm glad I did—the gutter protection has worked great. I used to have a gutter helmet system, but we opted for the leaf blaster micro mesh this time for several reasons, and it has proven to be a great choice.
It's clear that Bone Dry Roofing puts customer service first, and their dedication shows in the quality of their work. I've already been recommending them to friends and family. Thank you, Bone Dry, for a job well done! -
Needed our chimney rewrapped. Bone Dry was quick to give us a quote during a busy roofing season where other companies weren’t doing projects outside of roof replacements. My only complaint would be the length of time it took for supplies to come in but as soon as they did Paul had his crew here asap. Appreciated their communication, professionalism, respect of property by cleaning up after the project, and sending detailed pictures along the way. Would recommend them and plan to use them again.

**10/7 Edit: since the repair and all the rain the last week. Our roof area is leaking and leaking in other areas and they don't do warranty on work just warranty if u got a new roof apparently, we had to finance to get that chimney fixed and now more issues since they so called fixed it. I would not recommend this company
We are pleased so far with our roofing. We had the chimney removed due to leaking around flashing. The chimney was built in a way that held water. Since we don't use them the logical solution was to remove. Everyone from start to finish was polite and easy to talk to.
