I’m not one to normally share reviews online but the work and service provided by Bone Dry Roofing was so remarkable that it has motivated me to write a review.

First, their pricing was competitive with others and the reason I selected them was based on their ability to address not only my roofing needs but also gutters, siding and a rusting chimney chase.

After selecting them, what ultimately impressed me was their commitment to providing quality service and frequent communication. I was kept so well informed throughout the process from the initial bid process from Christian to scheduling of the work to communicating how the work was progressing while “in process” complete with “real time” pictures.

I want to give a special shout out to Justin and his entire Florida based team for their work installing the new roof (and going above and beyond to help clear limbs) and to Gonzalo and his crew on installing the gutter guard and new siding. Their attention to detail, willingness to be creative I. solving unanticipated issues and making necessary adjustment along with their commitment to leaving the property in the same or better condition as compared to when they started the work was nothing short of outstanding.

Finally, I need to give a shout out to Will who came to inspect the roof after Justin and team were done. He found a few minor issues that I think many contractors would have overlooked (or let go) but he wanted to make sure everything was as close to perfect as possible including climbing up on the roof himslelf to fix two spots where the shingles were not quite “laying right” and identifying a flue flashing that he thought needed to be changed out. He was also instrument in helping to coordinate the scheduling of the siding / gutter work to align with our busy schedule.

I have high expectations and rarely do I find a contractor that lives up to those expectations. I can say without reservations that Bone Dry Roofing truly exceeded my expectations! Kudos to Bone Dry.

From my first call to Bone Dry to the last repair I am highly impressed and happy with the work and professionalism of this company. I was sent a photograph, name, and contact number of the repair/install employee(s) that would be doing the work for that day. I was given an estimate of time they would be there and a heads up when they were on the way. They took photos at the start, as the work progressed, and after completion. After the job, the project supervisor followed up with any questions or concerns.

The jobs were to repair rotted wood siding and new gutter installation. The two separate repairs were started and completed in one day. I recommend Bone Dry, A+!!

We had waited quite a long while for our garage roofing project to start due to low temperatures and days of snow and rain. However, when the right day came along the work crew appeared promptly and worked industriously to start and finish the job. The crew leader was very personable and the workers were friendly and courteous. Except for the awful and unseasonable weather, I don't know how things could have gone better. A shout out to Juan Gómez, who was wonderful to work with.

I wanted to wait awhile before posting my review and It’s been about a year and a half now since the install and there have been no leaks that I’m aware of. the roof and new gutters still look really great. I am by no means a professional but I have dabbled a little in the trade in my 20s and know the basics of how a roof is installed. I basically watched the installation from start to finish and there were several things that I would have done differently. l also brought all the issues up to the inspector that came to inspect the roof after installing and he corrected everything that i showed him so i give them credit for that. The question in my mind now though is if i hadn’t pointed these things out would they have ever been mentioned or noticed? Of the issues I found were

1- Some areas may have an overlap on the underlayment of maybe 1” if lucky. it’s on the A frame portion so it probably will never be an issue but still not correct.

2- some low driven nails visible that were corrected.

3- when roofing toe boards were removed the toe board nails were driven in with a hammer from above without lifting the shingle.

4- extension ladder was placed on the roof with the sharp part sticking directly into the new shingles that were just laid. These spots were corrected with new shingles also.

5- saw man was a little to cut happy with the 10.00 per foot replacement cost of the 1x6 decking that cost about 5-7 dollars per 8 foot board at Lowe’s or Home Depot. A lot more was cut then needed be.

At the end of the day it’s hard to find a true professional that takes pride in their work and wants everything to be 100% correct. And this company I’m sure has some really great people but it’s just simply to large to have every installer working for them performing at 100%. So I’m satisfied with the job but it could have been a lot better but could also be a lot worse. So I will say this is an average middle of the pack company.

I used Bone Dry Roofing to replace my roof in March 2024, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. The price was very reasonable, and they completed the entire job in just one day, including an impressive cleanup.

What really stood out was their attention to detail—they even addressed an aluminum siding fix for us on an additional appointment, which was a great added bonus. A few days after the installation, they followed up with a re-inspection to ensure everything was perfect. That level of customer care and commitment to quality is hard to find.

Living on a main neighborhood entry street, several of our neighbors noticed the high-quality work Bone Dry Roofing did on our home. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them reached out to hire the company as well. Bone Dry Roofing is truly a top-notch company, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing roofing services!

The entirety of our service was great!!!! Not long after we agreed on the replacement we had a crazy snow storm and a cold snap. Bone Dry kept me updated and on THE FIRST DAY available day they could safely work, I had a crew out here!!! Thanks for everything

Bone Dry Roofing gave me a quote, which I accepted. They came on the day they said they would, and was on time. Also finished in a timely manner. They cleaned up the mess too!

We had a great experience with Bone Dry. From the initial meeting to project day we were impressed by their professionalism. There use of technology is wonderful, and from day one they created a great plan/contraxt for our house with clear pictures and numbers of what to expect. On project day they worked diligently and cleaned up after. They even asked to send out an individual for a quality control review. Top notch team! We plan to use them in future for other projects.

We are very pleased with the roof itself. However, upon roof construction, our overhang overtop our porch is now slanted downward. After sending the pictures of this, as well as sending pictures from the inspection performed prior to roof placement to serve as a reference point (which illustrated an obvious difference), they denied any accountability. It possibly could be attributed to the beer that the roofing crew was drinking. The process leading up to the roof placement was made simple. However, after an agreement on the roof, any time I attempted to contact the company and/or contractor, nobody answered or returned my call.

I am very happy with the service I received by Bone Dry Roofing! All the people from this company that I have talked to and or encountered have been very professional. All appointments were on time when promised. They kept me completely informed throught the process of replacing my roof along with photo documentation. They took great care in protecting my personal property and landscaping along with extensive cleanup of all debris. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing...I am very pleased with their services!!

We had a rough repair completed by Bone Dry Roofing, The crew that completed the job were wonderful, very professional. They took pictures of their safety set up before they started the job pictures before the job, during the job and when the job was completed, they left our property exactly as it was when we got there. Very professional very happy with their work.

The team from Bone Dry Showed up around 10 to 10:30 Started to work and they were great sent me pictures of what they were doing and how it was looking all through the work Process and kept me informed all throughout the process. Sent pictures of the finished project and it looked great. Have not heard any dripping or seen any leaking. The workers were very diligent in what they were doing and very professional.
