Very easy to schedule appointment, showed up on time and was quick and efficient. This is the second time he has cleaned our carpet and we have been more than pleased each time

this guy ean came in for an estimare on a carpet cleaning and stretch. qouted me for $250 which is almost twice than others charge he promissed the carpet will be brand new turns out all the spots are still there and he did not shampoo or treat the carpet. I rented a rug dr and treated the carpet my self and it looked way better after he has done it. complete rip off strongly discorage you to hire them. the guy even cussed me out.

Ian and Kelani (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) are great. I called around 6pm and by 9pm the water cleanup was finished, and the fans/humidifiers were set up. I had an issue with the original dehumidifier and had to call Ian at 9pm for help, he was so professional and came out the next day to fix the issue. If the need ever arises again, we will be calling Ian and Kelani!

Louisville Carpet Cleaning and Flood restoration showed up quick! They took care of our burst pipe fast and so we avoided any water damage. They moved furniture and set up fans and dehumidifiers. Very happy with the service.

Professionalism is highly lacking. Scheduled a cleaning and twenty minutes after he was supposed to arrive I get a call and he says he's been stung by a bee and doesn't feel up to cleaning. Asked to give him an hour to see if he felt better and he'd call to come or reschedule. TWO hours later I had received no call and when I try to call I get voicemail. I left a message 4 days ago and he has not bothered to call me. I got someone else to clean my carpet.

In preparing to host for Thanksgiving, we wanted the carpet in our dining room; living room; office; stairs connecting the 1st and 2nd floor, as well as the 2nd floor hallway to be cleaned. There were four significant cat vomit stains, ranging in color from gray to light tan/orange to bright yellow. In the past, Ian Copeland from Louisville Carpet Cleaning & Flood Restoration has cleaned the carpet here for us twice -- once upon move-in in 2014 and again a few years ago. As per usual but with newer and faster equipment this time, he applied the cleaning solution and steam cleaned to fantastic results. Besides lifting the dingy hue from the ivory and beige carpeted areas, he also successfully removed the cat vomit stains and removed sticky material, like tape/glue and entrenched hair. Considering we have three kids from age 5 through age 10 and one cat with issues, he really provided outstanding carpet cleaning service! 🤩

We called for a leak in our new home and they were swift and extremely helpful. They had a neat tool that could see how extensive the damage was on the ceiling and if the water was still wet. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend for any of your water restoration needs.

Gotta give a HUGE shout out to Louisville Carpet Cleaning & Floor Restoration! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of my basement for the water leak and damage that I had. They came out immediately after I called and worked for days to make sure everything was cleaned up and back to normal. They were ALWAYS on time and their prices were good. I called Ian Copeland at LOUISVILLE CARPET CLEANING on Saturday April 1st. I was just looking for the first carpet cleaner that could do it TODAY. My first call was to Coit, the big boys in Louisville, but they couldn’t get to me until Tuesday, maybe. Just calling whatever came up next on a Google search I found Ian Copeland, who I found out later is the owner of LOUISVILLE CARPET CLEANING, who said he could be at my house in the Highlands at 2PM and that he would call me when he was 20 minutes out.
Mr. Copeland called me at 1:40 and showed up on time at 2PM. I had a lot of questions about steam cleaning vs. other methods and he was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the carpet cleaning industry. Without going into detail, trust me, STEAM CLEANING is the only way to go. Kills germs, extracts deep residue, and leaves your carpet looking BRAND NEW. My carpet is 8 years old with a dog and 5 kids punishing it daily. Ian treated the pet odor and pet stains first and then spent a good 20 minutes pretreating the most heavily treated area between the foyer and the kitchen. Also, he didn’t show up and tell me that what I described as 3 areas was actually 6 areas, which is what I had expected from dealing with bigger carpet cleaners in the past. Ian was GOOD, extremely thorough, and my old carpet looks and smells GREAT!
Ian Copeland also took the time to open my windows and set up my owns fans for proper ventilation, which Ian explained is a very important aspect of the carpet cleaning experience, as there is moisture that needs to gotten out if you want your carpets to dry.
The end result was a very economical job with fantastic results. Ian was finished in less than 2 hours and all the carpet in my house was clean and fresh for $105.00!! Now that’s hard to beat.
