I had some big mud stains in my carpet. I was amazed after my carpet was cleaned. Every single bit of mud was removed. My carpet looks brand new and my home smells great too. I'm loving it. I definitely recommend this company. A+ for service.

What a great experience we had dealing with Ian ad his team. After going through the nightmare that is a busted water pipe and flooded floors, we were pleasantly surprised with how great everything worked out. They squeezed us in their calendar and showed up right on time. Got the job done and we’re very thorough in their work as explanation of what happened and the remedies they took.

After the bad storms and power outage we had 6 inches of water fill out basement. I must have called 7 places for information on next steps. Mr. Copeland was one of the only ones to spend time talking through the issue and then helping us understand the actual needs of our cleanup and fix. He was extremely knowledgeable, didn't push anything on us we didn't need, was timely, and overall a wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Ian showed up on time and cleaned living room carpet as well as a stair case. The carpet was very dirty due to many years of high traffic build up. When he was finished it looked significantly better. I will use this service again and definitely would recommend them.

I had my basement flooded and as soon as I called them I got an estimated price and they were able to come clean my basement that same day. That emergency response made the difference for me, since it helped prevent mold grow. Other carpet cleaning companies told me to wait 1 day for a quote. In the end, I was more than please with the carpet cleaning job. Ian was always direct and he gave a detailed explanitation of the procedure, plus he provided a great competitive price.

I've had other companies out before and I've never been satisfied with the results until now. They were able to get to me within reasonable amount of time. The tech that came out was friendly, professional, and was very thorough when he cleaned my carpet. He was able to get some stains that I never thought would come out. Ian arrived on time which is a good start. He was done quicker than I expected which is also good. Best of all though were the results. The carpet I wanted cleaned was heavily stained. Wonderful company! Ian came as soon as plumber left our flooded laundry room to clean the water damage in basement. He did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Also replaced part of the padding.

I couldn’t get a nasty smell out of our carpet. It was so bad so that I couldn’t sleep in our bedroom. I called this company, and Ian came out in less than 24 hours! It was the very next day and worked with my schedule. Plus, he did a FANTASTIC job! I’m blown away by how good our carpet looks! We have two dogs and our carpet looks (and smells) brand new. The smell is gone! He also helped with a really bad pumpkin stain! He was so patient, professional, on time, answered all of my questions, and was honest in telling me what needed/didn’t need to be done to get the results I wanted. I’m honestly blown away and so happy with his service. It was reasonably priced, too (even cheaper than other places I looked at). You can tell he is proud of his business and cares about his customers. I will definitely use this business again in the future and recommend to others!
