I have had them do several projects at my house. They did a fantastic job on my roof. They were fast, courteous, clean and quick. I also had a door damaged that they replaced within a few hours after calling. I would recommend them for any project you have.

Beware.. Be a smarter customer than I was. Read all of their reviews. This company does not have professional carpenters. They used a helper and a college student to try and repair my home. Neither of the guys had any real experience. Please dont get in a mess like we were. The guys they sent could not even cut a straight line. When we informed the owner of K&M, he simply said. He would be mad too. Then wanted to charge our insurance for professional workmanship. Thank god that did not happen. Farmers insurance saw thru this.

I had a great experience with K & M, during a less than ideal time due to a leaky skylight. They quickly fixed the issue on my roof, removed the damaged drywall and insulation, dried out the water/moisture, and in the end, had the inside of my home looking like nothing had ever happened. I was very pleased with the results!

As an apartment manager for 14 years, I definitely kept K &M Construction on speed dial. They worked with us through fires, plumbing backups and Storm damages. I was never worried about repairs when they were on the job.
They have such a great work ethic and attention to details! Thanks K & M I am happy I found such a great restoration company!

I contacted this company to come and look at my roof after a windstorm we had locally in early March 2019. Additionally we also wanted to see about having this company demo our bathroom and install fixtures we were going to pick out. I worked with Ivan who came out and looked at our roof and took some measurements of our bathroom. He seemed like a very straightforward guy and he took the time to answer my questions about some of the materials we could use in the bathroom. He was there on my property for 30 - 45 minutes and made a large amount of notes on his paperwork and then handed me a card. The last thing he said was that he would get an estimate together and call me back within a few days. This never happened..

I originally contacted them on 4/1/19 and asked for them to come out and do the estimate. This occurred on 4/7/19 when Ivan came out and originally said he would get back in touch with me. I attempted contact on 4/8 4/11 and 4/12. I never had any of my phone calls returned. If a company would rather not do business with me to perform some home repairs the least they could do would be to tell me or send me a letter explaining why the job can't be completed or something... My local state farm agent originally referred me to them and I have ensured that they know how poorly I was treated. Honestly this was a poor customer experience all around and I won't be able to recommend them to anyone at all. I have since had to try and find other roofers to take care of my damaged roof. Thanks for wasting my time...

K&M is wonderful! We had water in our basement from a leaking washing machine and in about an hour of our call, which was late on a Saturday afternoon, Tony and his crew were out to take care of it. The entire staff were very helpful, informative and professional, and did an excellent job for us. I would highly recommend them!

I was referred to K&M by my Home Owners Ins. Company as well as a couple of other Construction and Roofing teams. I had called upon them to check on my Roof and some other things at my Home.One of the Teams I had called had said I needed a total new Roof. K&M and the other Inspector had said my Roof was Excellent and looks in Great Shape. While here I had the K&M inspector to check on some work on my Garage. The Gentleman came to my door to tell me the good news of the Roof and had said he fixed the Garage,he told me to come and look,so I did it looked so much better,it was some siding and a gutter loose.I said what do I owe you and he responded nothing it didn't take much. I had some Concrete Block work that needed repair so I called them back they came,fixed my repairs while I was working and later that evening the Gentleman called and said how does the repairs look? I checked their work and was so pleased that they were so on point and meticulous with the job they did for me! It is not everyday that you can allow a crew to come to your home and do a job without overseeing them. I find them to be very honest,precise and would use them again and highly recommend them. The service they provided was excellent and very transparent with the process. They explained every step of the process and what they quote was what I paid. They do have payment option to help with the overall expenses. Would recommend and would use again.

We had water damage in our basement around midnight. I called K&M the next morning. They said that he would have a crew there by 9 am. They arrived at 8:45 am. The person in charge walked the areas that had water. Then explained what needed to happen next.The process of drying out our basement started and was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend K&M for any water damage you experience.

My family and I suffered a huge loss due to a house fire last year, per our Homeowner’s Insurance, we were referred, and we turned to K & M Construction to help assist in all repairs. Needless to say, we weren’t disappointed. Our home was completely restored and all of the work was done very well. Tony helped assist us in the beginning and Kory finished up the job, never leaving us in the dark. We will be referring others if anyone else needs repairs to their homes!

We had water damage in our Kitchen and they came out and did the dry out the day after we got our quote. Unfortunately this all happened just a few weeks after the Coronavirus hit the US. We had the whole kitchen remodeled and new flooring for the entire upstairs. It took them one week for demolition and install. Very professional and all around nice guys. Reasonably priced and they go above and beyond.

River City Restoration came out within hours of my initial call when we had concerns about water/mold. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to show they cared about helping us. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I’ve had a great experience working with Dave and River City Restoration! They did a great job repairing my aunt’s home after a water damage claim. The work was done quickly and he kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

“Excellent service from each person who came to restore my bedroom completely wrecked by storm damage. They were skillful, relational proficient, efficient - from roofers, to painters, and especially Ian, the man who repaired the pocket door that separated 2 bedrooms. He repaired door jambs that had to be removed to finish the task. He reattached, painted, rehung art; there were floor cleaners who came so furniture can be placed back in bedroom, leaving it in mint condition (the name of paint color in attached room). Oliver hires only the best! Can't give him enough stars to measure the quality of his work & of those he hires.”

I would highly recommend RIR/Restore it Right restoration service. They were very helpful, responsive, easy to work with, and did a beautiful job replacing our roof and repairing interior damage in our home after a terrible wind storm.
