Kansas & Austin were truly the most responsive, kind and down to earth people that I’ve ever seen be in this business. They turned a horrible flooding situation into a simple water mitigation & rebuild project that I barely had to think about. Their communication with insurance was impeccable, and they made sure I understood every step along the way. I cannot recommend Monarch Restoration enough!!!

Monarch was professional from the beginning to the end. Lovely and professional exceptional. Women and Hispanic owned (lots of papers and passports!). But mainly the work was a higher quality than we thought possible and expected. The house is over 100 years old. We had some serious issues. They even made the beds when putting the third floor back together after taking it down to the studs—drywall, paint, insulation, mold elimination. You get the picture. Project manager was on it! Don’t take a chance on someone else!

We had Austin with Monarch out to the house. We have a 2 part renovation project and we tested him out for the first part. He showed up on time. The first part was a kitchen and pantry floor. The floor needed leveling. It needed tile work laid down, and I was having trouble finding someone to show up and finish the job. They did great. It took 4 days. We will definitely use them for the larger deck and carport later this year. I have found them to be honest

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Monarch showed up when they said they would, worked until my basement showed no signs of the water leak, and then came back a second time after the foundation company fixed the issue, but destroyed the first repair. It looks like nothing ever happened. Their framing and drywall folks are top notch. The carpet guy is a wizard. Never thought it would look that good again after all tbe mud and dirt that was tracked in. They even weathersealed a window that wasn't in tbe original work order. That's SERVICE! Will recommend Monarch to anyone I know needing their kind of service. They are simply the BEST!

Removing the counter service and making it a fufillment center only is assanine. The smaller stores made it easy to pop in and get what you needed.

This place is great for businesses. I buy in whole boxes. It's probably not the place to go for 2 screws and nuts, like a few other reviews said. Again great place, friendly folks, great prices if you buy in quantity.

Went in before Christmas, they didn't have the screws in stock that we needed but had them at their Lexington store. They had them shipped to their store and ready to be picked up 2 days later.

The older guy behind the counter was rude, he didn’t want to do his job at all. I ask for 4 nuts an 4 washers for a battery terminal. He glanced at it said nope I don’t have them. Went to fastenal on bishop lane. That lady was very nice an professional, she had me in an out in 5 min.
