Absolutely terrible. They put mismatching flooring in our home and then said that they "bent over backwards" for us when they came out to fix their issue. They billed us for over $800 worth of work they didn't even perform. I cannot stress enough, use someone else!!!

Great people, company, crews, subs and work. Flexible with scheduling. Helped me resolve issues with adjuster. Always called in advance. On site to introduce me to each new crew and provide instruction. I'm 82 and was very impressed with their courtesy and the professionalism of management, crews and subs. The owners are family members that make you feel like a friend is restoring your home. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

When I saw what looked like water damage on our ceiling I panic called Monarch Restoration and I’m so glad I did!

First, I was so surprised and grateful that someone took my call at 7pm in the evening. I talked to Kansas who walked me through what an inspection could find and how we’d proceed. She got me on the schedule asap, which put my mind at ease enough that I was able to sleep that night!

Austin came out to do the inspection and he did such a thorough job checking the moisture on the ceiling and around the toilet and shower. He showed me what to keep an eye on and made a recommendation that likely saved us the hassle of ripping up our whole bathroom later on down the road!

Overall 11/10 on customer service. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and these folks are friendly and kind as well as professional and knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend!!

When we discovered our refrigerator water line was leaking we called a plumber to fix/replace the line. We had water damage in our kitchen and basement. Our plumber recommended Monarch for the restoration. They were able to come out the same day and get the cleanup started. They thoroughly explained what needed to happen and why. We were very happy with the work they did. I would recommend them if you need a restoration service.

Monarch was top notch. During April 2025 flooding we took on water in our finished basement. Clean up was a bigger task than we could handle.

We were provided with a number of companies to try to line up for help. Austin at Monarch was first to call back and first to show up (early, in fact) He was able to professionally review our damage and provided great advice.

Monarch provided an extraction team the same day, which was no small task considering the number of homes in the same predicament.

That’s when Kansas took over! Drying us out, clean up, and restoration including drywall, (hard to match) trim, paint and carpet pad were handled very promptly and professionally. They took great care to save our wool carpeting to help minimize our exposure.

All steps were executed on a schedule and if there were any delays, no matter how slight, we were notified ahead of time.

All workers introduced themselves and thanked us for the opportunity to work for us!

Austin’s thorough reports and documentation were accepted for our claim with our insurance company without question.

This unexpected “project” could not have gone any smoother.

Who plans for a frozen door lock on a sub-freezing day? Austin to the rescue! He replies right away, shows up prepared, and takes care with the repair/restoration, and all with such good cheer that you want to hug him. (Okay, he’s my neighbor and a splendid one!)

Where to begin? This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in 44 years of living. The mitigation went smoothly and Ryan was awesome. That is the only positive I have for this company. They were late for every meeting they scheduled. They selected our new vanity so that it would work with our plumbing, they selected the wrong type and then lied about it. Their non-uniformed, sub contractors just entered our home without knocking or introducing themselves. They took food and drinks from our refrigerator without asking. They didn't check lot numbers on the flooring they were installing and installed mismatching flooring. When contacted about it they said "it added character". Then when they did finally come replace it, they said that "they bent over backwards" to replace it for free, when that was the appropriate thing to do. They neglected to do several things that they were supposed to. They made a 4 day job take over 3 weeks. They sent us a completely wrong invoice. Then they sent us a new invoice that had over $800 worth of work on it that they didn't even do. They installed LVP over top of old linoleum that they only partially removed. I asked them about it during the install and was told it wouldn't affect anything. Now, less than a month later our brand new floor planks are cracking where the linoleum underneath doesn't let it lay flat. Without even coming out to inspect they claim something heavy was dropped on it and they will not cover it under their warranty. They do shoddy work, with shoddy contractors, have terrible communication skills, will lie to cover themselves because they are all family and worst of all they won't stand behind their work because they know it is subpar. I cannot stress how disappointing this process has been. They ripped out our completed bathroom without our consent and forced us to call in another contractor to fix all of their mistakes costing us another $3,500. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself time, hastke and money and call a trusted professional not a group of family members pretending to run a business. I am only giving them one star because zero stars isn't an option.

They were very responsive and quick to come assess the water damage we had to our roof, windows, and some interiors. Austin was very easy to communicate with and got us scheduled promptly for some pretty major work on our house, which looks great. The crew showed up on time each day, were polite, and did quality work. Definitely recommend Monarch.

Monarch was an amazing help to us! We had a tree fall on our house and garage (causing leaks). They were out there same day helping, had a tree service remove the tree the next day, and we had a new roof quickly after that. Their communication was awesome and they were incredibly supportive and helpful. We’ve never dealt with anything like this before, and they were super patient and great about answering our questions (they always encouraged us to ask more!). I HIGHLY recommend! We initially worked with Monarch for a bathroom plumbing repair, which was handled very professionally. however, the true test of their service came when we were hit with two major emergencies: first, water damage and clean up due to a pipe leak caused by another service provider, and second, the subsequent cleaning of mold buildup within the affected walls.
