Jay just completed a remodel of a rental property for us and did a great job. He is competent, honest, and reasonable, and best of all, he communicates well, returns calls and kept us posted on things as we went through the process. I've found this communication aspect to be lacking in past contractors. I really appreciate him and his crew and would recommend them to anyone.

Jay did a great job on our bathroom and especially the tile. He also updated our basement and it looks like a whole different room. He is very open to suggestions and he woks hard so you will be happy with the end results. I recommend Jay for any home project you may have - you will be very satisfied with his work.

Jay remodeled my basement bathroom including replacing a vanity and baseboard, fixed drywall, including ceiling, and finished it off with the perfect paint job. His team hauled out old junk and did a deep clean inside and outside the house.

I found Jay on Google, I needed my fireplace framed after the old was removed. The framing had to be at floor level level. I called Jay and asked if he could get done. He was at my house 7:00, got finished before the F P people showed up 🙂

Really happy with the job Jay did for us. He was quick to respond when I needed help the next day w drywall repair in my kitchen. We took down the backsplash which in a lot of places took off the drywall. Jay was able to come out and repair the two walls so my new kitchen cabinets could be installed the next day. We recently hired Jay to complete a fairly large project for us. From start to finish, he was professional and efficient. He understood exactly what we needed and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. We needed a stair skirt done for our basement stairs and Jay was super quick to respond, come out and look and give us a quote! He was much more affordable than others we talked to and got the job done in an incredibly timely manner. They also handled the vanity and sink installation, ensuring everything was level, functional, and aesthetically beautiful. The team was professional and punctual. Austin and his crew were awesome. They communicated well about appointment times and arrived when they said. They inspected our home thoroughly and provided helpful information as we worked through our attic and roof issues. Their service was remarkable, and although I don't wish house issues to occur again, I will absolutely call them if they do! I highly recommend this business to anybody.

My basement flooded and Monarch came that day to pump out water and dry basement. Kansas and Austin did a great job cleaning and restoring it back to normal as well as some window and drywall repair I needed done not related to the flood damage. All the staff were friendly and provided high quality work.
Their prices were very reasonable and less than other services I’ve used in the past. I will definitely use them in the future.
