A Warren Electric truck was riding my tail this morning on 71south. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a long term problem with their drivers. Talk about a lack of professionalism! Does not look good when you’re driving a company vehicle and speeding (WAY SPEEDING), tailgating and cutting people off. Never will I use this company or recommend it. And if anyone asks me about them, I’ll say that they are hazardous on the road and would not use them.

Hubs and I prefer to support family-owned businesses so a Google search brought us to Durbin Electric. Mike was able to come out that day to estimate the job and we were on the books for a few days later. The boxes were in quickly and look like they've always been there. Mike and Kaleb did an awesome job. Definitely will use them again!

Mike and his team are professional, prompt, and completed work as discussed. They were respectful of our schedule and worked to coordinate a time to complete job in a timely manner. We are thoroughly pleased with Durbin Electric and highly recommend them.

Isaiah and Caleb did a great job. Very professional. They wore shoe covers, explained the problem and their repairs well, and the repairs looked and functioned perfectly. They even went above and beyond to anchor an old garage outlet to the wall that was put in incorrectly by the builders. And they did it all in the sweltering heat.

After calling several electrical companies that were unable to respond to my issue until the following day at the earliest, I called Durbin Electric LLC. I explained my issue to the Durbin electrician and he requested that I send him a picture of my circuit breaker box. In turn, he quickly identified the problem and told me how to solve my issue over the phone. It worked immediately thereby eliminating the need for a service call. I was pleasantly surprised with his honesty and will use his company for any future electrical issues. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with Durbin Electric. From the time i called the office scheduler (who is wonderful )and kept informing down to 5 minutes before they got here and the short time it took them to come during my electrical emergency. Alright, buckle up, because I'm about to sing the praises of an electrician who didn't leave me in the dark – literally or figuratively!

From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They were professional, courteous, and surprisingly good-humored for someone dealing with my home's ancient wiring (which I'm pretty sure was held together by sheer willpower and dust bunnies). They tackled the job with the focus of a brain surgeon, but with the friendly banter of your favorite uncle at a barbecue.

Not only did they fix the issue faster than I can locate my car keys on a busy morning, but they also took the time to explain what they were doing in a way that even I could understand. That's saying something, because when it comes to electrical work, my knowledge starts and ends with "don't stick a fork in the socket."

The bill? Let's just say it was a pleasant surprise – no shocking hidden fees or charges that made my hair stand on end (which, ironically, was the initial problem they fixed).

So, if you're looking for an electrician who is skilled, reliable, and won't make you feel like you're speaking a foreign language, look no further. This is the real deal. They're so good, they could probably wire a disco ball in a power outage and still make it look fabulous. Five out of five stars – highly recommended!

I was so impressed with this company. I had the fire dept and LG&E at my house at midnight with an electrical problem. I asked them what I should do and they said to call a licensed electrician. I looked online and saw that Durbin had a 5 star reputation and thst they were open 24 hrs. I called right away and got a real person who came out the next morning (Sunday) and spent several hours fixing my problem. Mike was so professional and competent. He showed me exactly what had happened and had it fixed and LG&Es inspector there and my electricity turned back on by 3 pm. Less than 24 hours from start to finish. Price was reasonable and I feel very secure that everything is safe. Thank you, Durbin Electric.
