This company does great work. They are self starters, and find and fix major problems others do not see. They are cost conscious. I recommend them highly.

They we're professional didn't didn't treat my needed service as a inconvenience to them. Problem was fixed within 45 of the arrival time. Would be happy to use them again in the future

John and has employees always take care when working on our projects and we feel we can trust them in our home. They have wired our upstairs remodel and our kitchen/downstairs remodel. No problems and always willing to take the time to walk through their process with us.

I called several electricians all told me the same thing. It would be multiple days until they can make it.
Then I called Arthur Gordon electric & they were able to get me help same day.
The two gentlemen who came out where very respectful & knew what they where doing I will in the future use this company.

I’ve used them a couple times and they did an ok job. The thing is, they don’t want repeat business. I built a garage and wanted them to wire but took 4 calls to get a callback and then no estimate. Called again last week and still nothing. I’ve sent them several customers but will not it be doing so again. Someone needs to tell them to take care of existing customers. Is far cheaper than acquiring new ones.

Very honest and professional. Problem was with LG&E, so he did not charge me for the call. He is going to give me a free estimate on upgrading the electricity in certain parts of the home, especially the garage where more power is needed. I definitely plan to use him for this work later.

Zwicker did an incredible job at our house! We had a few surprise issues and they were able to resolve them quickly and professionally.

They always do a great job. It can take some time to get an appointment because they are a small company but they do urgent work immediately too. Great office staff and Terry is very informative and friendly, he's the owner and the one who does the work!

We were pleasantly surprised to work with Terry and his crew. They arrived on time and understood our needs. They cleaned up afterwards and the cost was very reasonable.
We will use them again to add ceiling fans and change the panel box.
