Top notch company! I have a 110 yr old house with a mix of older knob and tube connected into newer wiring. Lost power to most of my second floor. Left a message on Saturday - Terry called back shortly after and was in the area and came by to check. Turns out it was not a simple fix, so came back the next week - traced out the wiring and found a poorly installed junction box from years ago. His office staff kept me posted on his arrival time. He and his assistants were totally respectful of my property, and he took the time to explain what had happened to cause the problem. Absolutely will use again for any electrical needs.

My review is long overdue. Over the years Terry and his team have been to my home many times to install and update my electric. Zero complaints and they always do great work.

Zwicker Electric is among the best in town. Excellent communication, professional and prompt service, and friendly attitude. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Terry came out and gave me an estimate. He was very friendly and emailed me the estimate within a few days. However he forgot to add one item on the estimate so I called and spoke with Lida who said she would call me back with the price by the end of the day. She never called. I called 3 times on 3 different days. Lida was friendly and said the same thing that she would call by the end of the day and then never did. I can’t imagine doing business with a company like this with such poor communication.

Response time was quick and rates were competitive.

I had LG&E cut my electric due to a break. After another electrician could not find the problem
Terry was there first thing in the morning digging. His responsiveness and communication were top notch and he was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable of the problem and the area (Okolona). He said he wouldn't leave until my electric was on and he kept his word going above and beyond and waiting for LG&E.

Highly recommend. Will be my go to for any future electrical needs.

We had an underground electrical breakage. Terry Zwicker, owner, worked diligently / expeditiously on this challenging task (on the coldest days of 2020).

Terry was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, approachable, responsive, prompt and honest. He is an exceptional electrician. And, he did exactly as he promised.

The job came in at estimate, which we really appreciate. Additionally, he took care of the permits, scheduling, inspections, etc.

I was very pleased with my experience with Zwicker Electric. They did quite a bit of work for us including troubleshooting why plugs didnt work. They charged way less than other estimates we had been given, and on both days arrived early, and went straight to work. The electricians were very professional and friendly. I cant imagine going to any other company for electrical needs now!

Zwicker Electric is top notch. The office staff is friendly and crews that have come to my house over the years are all courteous and professional. They show up on time, go straight to work and do a great job of cleaning up! I will continue to call them for my electrical needs.

I like Terry. Had a loose wire in my meter box that was causing flickering lights... Terry was easily accessible and came over quickly before LG&E service guy turned my line off. I watched both the LG&E guy with my electrician working to get my electric back on, it was a beautiful moment.
At the same time, Terry's daughter was getting ready to go into surgery... now how's that???

Terry came early and checked all outlets looking for source of outage. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was back up within 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used this business. They do quality work at a fair price.

I got multiple quotes to put in a new 220V circuit and run wiring for an electric water heater. Zwicker electric was the best price by far, so much so that I was nervous about hiring them. But they came out on time, were very professional and courteous, did a FANTASTIC job, and left the house clean. I have a hand-written paper taped inside my breaker box where I tried to figure out which breakers went to which devices in the house when I first moved in, and they even took the time to update my sheet for me. it was a nice personal touch. I would recommend Zwicker to anyone and will be returning with any future problems I have.

Terry Zwicker came out and did an assessment due to me losing power to my garage and determined that it was in the wiring that was buried underground. Terry came out today to perform the job on time, during the trenching it was discovered the electrical wiring that ran to the garage was only 4.5 inches under ground and was shorting out with heavy rain and had kept blowing my breaker, which has happened off and on since moving here in 2017. He was very thorough, explained his process and any other issues he had come across. I will not use ANY other electrician. He is very honest, prompt and professional. I will definitely be using him in the future when and if any other electrical issues arise. We are a local investment company in town that does several deals a month we reached out to this company to start a relationship to have them starting to do our electrical work called them four or five times to get estimates finally got an estimate then called them again three or four more times at the office to try to schedule the work and they kept putting us off and putting this off. They kept saying they would get to our job and they had us on the schedule and then no one would ever show up and no one would ever start the job. Simply put if you don’t have time for our job or did not want to do our job just tell us instead of putting this off would not recommend. Because they held us up for over a month and a half on our project when we could’ve went with someone else

Zwicker is the best ! Called on a Thursday, they worked me in for the next day to fix a wiring issue with the microwave. Very efficient and reasonable in price, will certainly use again.

I had a breaker switch that wasn't working. So my xmas lights weren't working outside.When Terry from Zwicker flipped the switch it all turned on. Apparently I didn't push the switch over hard enough. I was a little embarrassed and he didn't charge me for the call. Thank you for that!
But I have used this place in the past for hanging lights and ceiling fans and other electrical work and I've always been pleased by their work and professionalism.I like that they call if they are running a little behind.
I'll be calling them back after the New Year to charge out more light fixtures for me.

They arrived on time and described the issue we were having in a way I could completely understand. Can’t speak more highly. I contacted four or five companies for a hot tub installation and only two got back to me and Zwicker was one of them. They literally went above and beyond to get me scheduled and get my project completed quickly and done well.
