I give one star because the people who came to my apartment was not professional did not clean up after themselves left bathtub dirty, found wire pieces everywhere in the apartment in the carpet, knowing we have a child, I had to sweep up their mess in the kitchen also, someone dropped something in the food disposal one of the guys turned it on and it made it a weird sound and he was like what woah, and didn't even check to see what's in there, they Left and I seen that it was something one of them dropped in there, but I got it out...smh...and one likes to just go outside and smoke while the other guys do most of the work...

You would think that being a professional and careful about your job well get this I was coming home through Bardstown ky on 245 and an arrow truck was tailgating me I tapped my brakes to let him know he was to close and Ned's to slow down all the wrecks is mostly done by the people that don't pay attention or don't care at the end of the day I do want to go home to my family don't you

We were without Power in half of our house for almost a week. Bernie was the 2nd electrician to try to fix our problem. He arrived within 30 minutes of me calling him (during a snow/ice storm). He found and fixed the problem within 2 hours. I will recommend him to all of my friends!

I’m currently driving behind one of Arrow Electric’s work trucks and thankfully I’m at a stoplight. The back of the truck has equipment thrown in it. Nothing looks tied down. If the driver hits a bump or slams on their brakes, things could come flying out of the truck and hit a pedestrian, a vehicle, or impede traffic and cause an accident. Completely unprofessional and unsafe.

Great service and price!! Had them install GFIs in my kitchen plus add another circuit. Reasonable price and professional service. Now they are installing a new ceiling fan with a remote. I trust the service so I will use again and again.

Not sure about the services. I have encountered quite a few of their vans on the roads. They are very rude drivers constantly tail gateing regardless if you are going the speed limit or over. It's dangerous
