Counter staff helped me get exactly what I needed, great onsite warehouse stock for residential or light commercial electrical supplies. Even offered to break boxes for when I only needed a few items.

I have been working with Ed Kute for 4 years now. They always get my call in orders correct. They can usually get just about anything electrical I need. I highly recommend checking them out!!!

I know it’s not there fault, but on 6/19/25 at around 4:20 pm a short far guy in a white dodge pulls right in front of me. I slam on my brakes as they are locking to mis him. He gets out an says I’m good. No no no, that’s not how it works. A, I’m sorry…… but to act as the little man did no wrong was mind blowing. 🤯

Jason was very professional in installing a Generic for us. We appreciated his skill, friendly presentation, and overall helpfulness.

Allen Electric was great to work with all around, from scheduling to the electrician that came out to my home. They were able to promptly fix the lights in my kitchen. Will us Allen Electric for my future needs.

Had plumbing and electrical issues at the same time. These guys showed up before the plumbers. I explained the issues happened at the same time and they confirmed the sump pump was causing the breaker to trip. $263 for them to tell me to call the plumber.

I am not opposed to paying someone for their service but this was not an after hours/weekend call and they quite literally turned the breaker back on, plugged in the sump pump, saw it went out, and left. They were not even at my home 5 minutes. Seems like a very high price for that little effort, especially when I wouldn't have needed them at all had the plumbers showed up just an hour earlier. :(

Installation went very smoothly. The electricians were courteous and professional, wore booties, vacuumed up. It looks like the light/fan fixture has always been a part of the house. There was one little discrepancy, but the office kindly worked it out with me. I will use them again because of the job they did and how I was treated over my one issue.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this company!! Everyone that I have come in contact with is VERY NICE! The guys that have come to my house explain everything before they do anything. I am a repeat customer. Travis came today and did fantastic job, very efficient, THEY ALL ARE! They will ALWAYS be the ones I call on for ALL my electrical services! I love Wendy in the office too!!!

I called Allen Electrical because I had multiple issues in my older home: ceiling lights not working, doorbell broken, plugs that needed attention. They were able to schedule someone withing 3 days of my calling to ask for an appointment. Jordan is a brilliant problem-solver and skilled electrician, and he and his helper were able to take care of all my electrical problems in a couple of hours! I recommend this company most highly!

Matt showed up on time. I was given an estimate and approved the work. Matt traced the problem down and did the repair work. Matt and his partner were very polite and well prepared for the job.i will definitely make Allen Electric my electric repair company.

We have enjoyed excellent service from Allen Electric. Aaron and Matthew are superior electricians and have resolved every electrical issue they faced at our house. They are as friendly and respectful as they are professional. But it is the excellent office staff that keeps us coming back. From making the appointment, to reminders, to billing and payment, we have received nothing but excellent service. We had Allen Elecric install a Generac whole house generator. From quote to setting the generator to running the wiring to connecting it to the house everyone was professional and friendly. I was so happy with the generator installation I had them upgrade our breaker box and run a 220 line for a split unit A/C.

Very professional! Showed up on time and completed job as quoted. Aaron and his team did an excellent job. They replaced my under kitchen cabinet lights, ran a circuit for a new microwave, installed flood light on back of house, and retrofitted some recessed lights on the outside front. I would definitely recommend Allen Electric if you want no hassle professional service.

Jason and Garrett came out on time and fixed our unique issue pretty quickly. They went above and beyond what was asked. I will certainly use them again if needed.

Clayton, tech from Allen Electric, came to my son's house today for a repair. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job for us. On time and repairs were done in very short time. Couldn't have been happier with service. Will recommend to friends and will call again if I need electrical work in the future. If I can, I'll request Clayton.

I cannot speak highly enough of Clayton, with Allen electric. He arrived promptly, gave me a straight forward price, and was very helpful when I opted to do a few things myself to save money. We have a 100 year old home, and I typically am pretty handy and change fixtures, but was nervous some of the light fixtures had outdated wiring. Clayton came in, evaluated the wiring, and told us they were old, but still safe to use. When I opted to change them myself, he did not pressure me into letting him do it. Instead, he ensured me they were safe, gave me a few tips, and even prepped some of the fixtures so it was easy for me. We also had him add some recessed lighting and he took his time to ensure the cuts in the ceiling were minimal and completed quality work in a single day. He even carried in a door we had delivered out of pure kindness. The work was great, and the customer service was even better.

I can't speak much to pricing, because the job was completed before we ever heard back from other companies. I'd call Allen electric time and time again.
