Matthew I. was incredible to work with. Professional , great attitude, service oriented, answered all my questions and got the job done just as he said it would go. He made sure my level two chargers were fully functional before he left and they cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend!!

Jordan and Hayden came out to replace an outside light for me. In addition, I asked for two more ceiling fan lights in the bedrooms and without hesitation they both were more than happy to do the install. The ceiling fans and lights are so . I think they need a raise! I will definitely have Allen electric to replace any other fixtures or electrical needs. Thank

Allen electric did amazing work for us. They arrived on time, gave us a quote then completed the work the same day. We had a Tesla charger installed, the price was lower than I anticipated and the tech was very thorough. We will definitely use them again.

Just had Allen electric out for the second time and they delivered once again. Had a GFI plug acting up and wanted a few new plugs put in for a TV under my deck. Work looks amazing everything works as expected

I liked using this company once upon a time. The service - phenominal. The prices - beet you could find. They kept the service standard, but now it costs so much that i don't think the average person can afford it. A few junction boxes - 1500. A couple of wires to be pulled - >1000. A cieling fan install - ~300. To test a wire from a light switch - ~300. At this point i can't keep using them.

Allen Electric was absolutely fantastic! Brian and his team went above and beyond for me from start to finish. They handled a large project with professionalism, great communication, and excellent attention to detail. The work was done quickly, safely, and at a great value. It’s rare to find such honest, skilled, and genuinely good people — I can’t recommend Allen Electric enough!

My mother was very satisfied with Allen Electrical. Clayton was her technician and she said he was very kind, patient and explained the work he was doing. He was extremely polite and had a smile on his face. Her experience from the call for service to finishing the service was top notch!

Had quite the dilemma for close to a month with an electrical issue in my home. It was a unique situation as it was only recently happening. The suspect was a outside piece of equipment that was giving issues. Allen stayed with me through the entire journey as I asked for the same electrician as they knew the situation. This person even gave me their personal contact to see it to the end and that was reassurance. Having this consistency throughout was most valuable. He was patient and understanding. His honesty was most valuable in bringing in another electrician for a second set of eyes with more experience to remedy my issue. That didn't go unnoticed. Long story short, it wasn't the issue with my home electrical as Allen was brought in to diagnose, but with that separate piece of equipment that had it's own electrical error. Nate S. stood by the situation all that time. His assistance in bringing in Chris was so appreciated. Since this situation was very stressful as a home owner I will always remember that dedication to the end in the future with anything electricity in my house.

We hired Allen to replace some old Knob and Tube wiring and add/replace some outlets in our 1913 house. Their quote was the most competitive and we received it same day. They started the work within 3 weeks of receiving the quote, which was impressive given how involved the job was. Aaron and Avery finished the work 3 days ahead of schedule and they were both friendly and professional. This isn’t the last electrical project on our docket, but I’ll only be calling Allen in the future. They made the entire process smooth and stress free.

The service was good and don't recall either of the two electrician gave me their name but, was polite. After being told what was causing the issue, I had electricians changed out second outlet upstairs, and had one electrician with glasses, check the panel, a comment was made, that the newly replaced panel didn't have a inspection sticker in it, I had the panel box replaced over six months ago and parts are new and panel was installed my a licensed electrician. I had appreciated the service that I have gotten in past.

These guys did a great job on my electrical work. The electrician was friendly well mannered and explained what they were going to do. They were very respectful of my house and cleaned up when they were finished.
I will definitely call them in the future if needed. Highly recommend

Fantastic response time to install a transfer switch on my furnace. Technician was friendly and did a professional job in a timely manner. Matthew even took a few minutes to show me how the transfer switch worked, so I don't worry about making a mistake when using a generator. He is great!
Price was a little higher than I expected, but there was value in the timely, professional work, so it seemed reasonable to me.

I truly cannot say enough great things about Allen Electric. Their customer service is absolutely top tier.
We lost power to parts of our home over Valentine’s Day weekend and couldn’t restore it even after resetting the breaker panel. We called Allen Electric late Friday evening, and although they couldn’t come out that night, they were honest about timing and assured us they would be there first thing in the morning.
Clayton went above and beyond with communication, he texted his ETA Friday night and again Saturday morning before arriving. That level of professionalism and follow-through immediately gave us confidence.
They fixed the issue quickly, and the pricing was more than fair, especially for a weekend service call. It’s rare to find a company that combines responsiveness, transparency, quality work, and reasonable pricing.
We have additional electrical projects coming up, and we will absolutely be using Allen Electric again. Highly recommend!
