Tried this lawn service after reading and hearing about them from others. Haven't been completely pleased, as had clover develop this year and been years since had any clover also experienced other weeds. They did a 2nd courtesy spray and that helped. Not sure if will continue next year.
The guys that spray or fertilize it have all been great.

I was very excited to finally be able to afford help with my lawn. The first application went well and helped the lawn. But after a few weeks the weeds and crab grass came right back. The second application did absolutely nothing so I checked my cameras on my house and the guy was at my house for five minutes. Sprayed a little here and there then left the invoice on my door. I waited two weeks to see if anything would change then called for a return service because nothing worked and was told it wouldn’t be a problem and they would be back out by the end of the week. Well 3 weeks went be and no one showed up. So I called again and was told the same thing, they would be out by the end of the week. Another 3 weeks and have not even received a call, so today I canceled my service. I am Facility Manager for a tech company with a large campus and was planning on opening a commercial contract with Trugreen, that has now been flushed down the toilet.

Justin C. came by today for our one routine treatments and he was great! He was thorough with the application and even went above and beyond to bring our trash cans from the street back to the house! (I went to go get them after work and realized they were already brought back to the house so I went to our cameras to see who got them and it was Justin!) … he also removed a dead bird from our yard which is VERY appreciated. Excellent service all around - we really appreciate it.

As usual John was very precise with the treatment. We were able to see him on all the cameras, walking the entire yard and spraying as needed. On our last service, the tech did not walk the whole yard to see where the weeds were located and spray them. If John B is not the tech on our next service, we will be canceling.

I couldn’t ask for a better technician than the gentleman TruGreen sent out to aerate and over seed my lawn. Super polite and respectful, and knowledgeable about the service he was providing me with my lawn.

Amanda took time out of her busy day to talk to me about what she was putting on my lawn today. I told her I was having my lawn over seeded in a couple of weeks and she said that should help get rid of Bermuda grass!

Just purchased my first house my parents had a very nice lawn when they left to move in with me and this is my first experience with TruGreen my new nextdoor neighbor has a very nice lawn but not anymore compared to how mine is shaped up

I had a really frustrating experience with TruGreen. I paid for full-yard treatments, but after three visits, I noticed only the weeds along the outer fence line were dying — the rest of the yard was still full of weeds. That didn’t sit right with me, so I checked my security cameras to see what was actually being done. Sure enough, the tech would just walk the fence line with a backpack sprayer and then leave — no full-yard coverage at all.

When I brought this up to my rep, he confirmed that my entire yard should’ve been sprayed using the hose connected to the truck, not just spot-treated with a backpack. He admitted the tech was just being lazy and didn’t want to do the job properly that day.

To be fair, not all the techs are bad. Jonathan Brown came out for a respray and was amazing. He went above and beyond, made sure every square inch of the yard was treated, and was super professional. Even he admitted the previous tech just didn’t want to do the work.

Unfortunately, that same original tech who was supposed to be taken off my route ended up being assigned again to my property. He showed up, realized it was the house he had been told not to return to, and canceled the service on the spot.

At that point, I decided to cancel TruGreen altogether. If you’re going to use them, I highly recommend keeping an eye on what you’re actually getting — because some of their techs clearly aren’t doing the job you’re paying for.

Thank you for an awesome year of lawncare needs. I can definitely see a difference. I am loving this green healthy lawn! Douglas is the best!

So far Adam F. has been an amazing technician. However just time will tell on the products that this company uses. Furthermore this post is aimed for technician again seems to know what this job consist of and does it. Just wait and see how there products turn out that has been applied. Thanks Adam F. Nothing negative to post nor issues at this time check back mid season.

Was able to watch Tech on camera. He took his time and sprayed everywhere and special attention to couple of problem weed areas. He did an excellent job and I greatly appreciate that. Thanks again Tevaughn.

TruGreen techs continue to keep our lawns as THE showcase residence in the upscale neighborhood. We currently have the only green & weed free yards during this long hot 2025 summer. Thx so much for the excellent applications. I recommend TruGreen services.

Horrible didn’t spray all my yard from the get go I guess the lady thought I was dumb not knowing I have sod experience with chemicals sprayed around the house but not in the big parts of the yard.

Fast forward to aeration and over seeding the guy didn’t aerate the part I told him to do got him on camera and he didn’t seed like he should don’t waste your money with Tru green

John was very quick and precise with the lawn application. I was given a detailed report of my lawn application. Keeping my neighbors weeds out of my yard.

My specialist, Donald Vinson, took time to listen to my concerns about weeds in my lawn and addressed them on this trip. Donald took time to make sure my lawn, over an acre, was completely covered. This is the first time in a while that Donald has been out.

I WANT DONALD V PERMANENTLY BACK ON MY ROUT!!!

This was my 2nd application for the season and I happened to be at home. I saw my yard specialist, Tevaughn Sizemore, sprayed my yards thoroughly. He did a good job, 👍. I hope my yards look better than last year when I've had a contract with the Naturescape.

I used TruGreen for 12 years straight, at 3 homes, and in 2 states. I finally had to stop using them for several reasons. But overall the service continuously had inconsistency, never took responsibility when I would share my concerns, and did not pay attention to what they were doing (just strayed and leave). They did not seem to worry about weather the treatments were working or effective. But they would always call about spraying my trees and shrubs for an additional charge.
In late August I told TruGreen they were not completely spraying my property. After days later, TruGreen called to inform me (Sept. 2025) that someone incorrectly established my service contact and that is why the service was inconsistent. Fun Fact, I have had this TruGreen service at my new house for 5 years at this point. To make a long story short (too late). I was told it did not matter I have been a customer for 12 years and no real explanation on how my service contact was incorrect. Since the inconsistent service at my house was not a concern or being loyal customer for 12 years did not matter. I discontinued my service after receiving the call. If spending my money with TruGreen does not matter. Then OK. I will find someone else. Which I have. Too easy.

We have been Trugreen customers for over 30 years. We have the lawn, tree and shrubs plans.They are very respectful of Our property. The specialists are very professional polite and knowledgeable in their field. They take time to answer questions and explain procedures. Our lawn and shrubs looks great. Specialists Rodney does great job.

They’ve been desperately asking for a review/feedback and here it is. Our yard now looks worse than any yard in the neighborhood after paying $700 to have them maintain it this summer.
