Contracted the company for a yearly maintenance program. The technician who responded for the service (Farshid) was very thorough, professional, and patient to respond to questions I had about my system. He even offered suggestions on how we can get better performance out our system. Very satisfied with his service and this maintenance program.

Cole reached out to me through a post online. Every step of the way from first contact, to final touches after installation was professional and timely.

We had a new 4 ton ac until and furnace installed, the hvac techs were prompt, clean, complied with our stringent covid requests.

The install was completed faster than we had anticipated, the work looks tidy and well done. Our system works flawlessly. Very happy with the products, the service, and the personnel. Would recommend to anyone.

Project Heating and Cooling installed a new heat pump for our home. They were able to obtain an upgraded model at no additional cost due to availability issues. The first thermostat installed did not function properly and it was replaced with a working unit promptly. The technician spent time showing us how to use the new thermostat.

Due to an onslaught of issues plaguing our geothermal HVAC system, Chuck had to make multiple successive visits that culminated in replacing the coil. Because of the trial and error that was required, and the loss of refrigerant in the process, Chuck advocated for us and Project worked with us on the pricing. Things are working great now and I feel that we were treated very fairly given the circumstances. Thanks Chuck!

I was in need of an Air conditioner and also a Furnace. Project was prompt in giving a quote and setting up the installation that fit my schedule. They arrived on time and completed the installations in the time they had mentioned.

I have been with Project for over 20 years and they have always been on time for servicing, answering questions or anyother need I might have.

We have had them for a couple of years now and have great service. Just in the last couple of weeks they have done our Summer Tune-Up for the A/C and have helped with cooling issues we were having on the 2nd floor. Followed there recommendations and the issue is now resolved. Kevin Massey came out personally to take care of us and the technicians are always super friendly and inform us of all they are doing. Have tried a couple other companies and by far their service is the best.

We have been a Project Heating and Cooling customer for 30 years and have always had excellent service. The entire staff is courteous and always do their best to be helpful and timely. They only carry the best product lines. Their service men stay with them so there is consistency with service. You know your serviceman and he knows your system/equipment. They are always polite and explain what service has been performed or needs to be done.

Project Tech Farshid performed routine service inspection today per our service contract. He was early and called ahead to verify appointment. Thorough inspection, friendly, informative. He pointed out issues that aren’t critical now but should be addressed. Polite, nice guy, great service.

The temperature dropped and our furnace would come on and only run for a short time but then turn off. I called Project and they were able to send Derek the technician out quickly. He came In, fixed the problem and had us warming up in no time. Thank you Derek..Great Job.

Saved the day. Huge shout out to Project for providing same day repair when our AC went out on a hot summer day. Technician and Sales staff went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Go ahead and put this company in your who to call list.

We have been a regular customer of Project since the installation of a new heating and cooling system in 2015 . We are on a service contract with Project and have them do a spring and fall checkup of the equipment. We failed to setup an appointment for this spring. As luck would have it we tried to start our AC on June 1st and the outside unit would not come on. I checked everything I knew to check and then called Project. The person that answered the call was helpful and set an appointment for the next day at 2pm. The technician called at 1pm on the appointment day leaving me a voice mail that he would be on site around 130pm if that worked for me. As with all the technicians we’ve dealt with from Project ,he treated me with a smile and introduction. The technician name was Farshid . He immediately started troubleshooting but everything appeared correct. He called his supervisor James who was on site within a few minutes. Farshid and James worked as a team on the outside unit in 90 degree heat tracing every wire till they found the issue. They got us up and running after a lot of hard work.
I referred many of my friends Project and will continue to do so. These guys are the best. Thank you again Farshid and James.

I was without A/C on a week with record highs. They got me scheduled for the next day. This was on a Friday. Chuck came and replaced a couple parts that were in need of replacing but unfortunately, my unit (that is over a decade old) still wasn’t running correctly. I called him and he talked me through the issues on Saturday and even came back on Sunday to try and replace my fan with one he already had but needed to wait until Monday to get the correct fan. He came back as soon as he could Monday and everything is working great. The timely communication was amazing, especially for it being the weekend. I highly recommend them and Chuck in particular.

Fantastic experience with Project, who installed my new gas furnace and AC, replacing my 20 yr. old system. Professionals from initial phone contact all the way through install. And the cost was in line with my other estimates. They made this easy!

Furnace was not cycling. The technician Mark came out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with his mentor James on Wednesday . Yes three days …..I lost track of how many hours. In the end it was fixed, the surprising part….NO CHARGE …..other than for the service run under our maintenance agreement. It seems when their company installed it, initial adjustments were not made to allow it to run efficiently. How often these days does a company and its employees back the work done years ago?? I will definitely recommend this company to others as well as continue service for myself…..a company that backs their service and employees is one I can recommend. Thank you guys!

Project's service department has very little turnover in service personnel so I get consistent quality with spring and fall maintenance checkouts.
