I just wanted to share that I received a gift box today to thank me for doing business with Project Heating and Cooling! What a nice touch! I received a little cooler loaded with homemade bakery cookies! They put in my original A/C when I built this house 18 years ago and I did not think to contact them again until now and I am glad I did. They were efficient, and professional and did a great job of putting in my new A/C unit. I will use them again!

This is an excellent company to deal with. Their customer service is very good and their prices are very fair and competitive. We recently had them replace our furnace and we are absolutely satisfied with the results. If you need HVAC services then Project Heating & Cooling is who you should call.

Very happy with our experience. Needed to replace an old unit that stopped working. They were quick to come out, quote was under other quotes received and they were able to complete in just a few days.

Monroe installed my original central and heating system over 20 years ago. They've been the company that I've depended on since, True to form, with the recent installation the personnel were professional and courteous. Bryden was very helpful during the quote phase, he walked me through multiple options and was very patient as I made my decision on what route to take. Logan and Seth were professional and thorough during the installation. Everything looked and worked great upon completion and they didn't leave behind a mess! I highly recommend having them do your HVAC work.

I would highly recommend Project Heating and Cooling. We have been a customer since 2007. They have maintained our old system twice a year. Our system was 30 years old this year and got tired. I called and setup an appointment. Absolutely no sales pressure. The guys that installed my unit were very nice and did a wonderful job. My system is working great. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

Chuck came out today on a Sunday on this winter storm winter and completely easily made our heat to 70°. It’s a geothermal system and this guy knows what he’s doing. I love this company now.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Project Heating & Cooling. Our existing system worked but was not efficient and not the right size for our home. We sought 3 bids for the project however couldn’t beat the service we got from Project. We worked with Cole who took his time and explained everything and was available for any questions. After the install, he checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. From start to finish it was the best experience and we got both great products and service. If the experience couldn’t be any sweeter we received a batch of cookies to thank us for our business. Amazing company with fantastic service - we would highly recommend them!

We had an air conditioner put in a couple of years ago and furnace this year and very pleased with both I’ve recommended this company with family and friends. Everyone I’ve spoken with from this company has been very kind and professional workmanship was excellent again very kind and professional.

I'm a new homeowner and I'm looking for someone to build a relationship with my existing heating and cooling system. A friend highly recommended Project Heating and Cooling. I called and within a couple of days, they sent Will over to clean and inspect my system. I'm super happy knowing I have a company that I can depend on In the event that future problems occur, I won't have to worry about who to call. I'm signing up for the service contract that provides cleaning and inspection every spring and fall. Will did a great job. Super personable and outgoing. Thanks so much. Great experience.

Sales representative very nice, no pushing us to buy we felt he had our best interests in mind, and offered us a few options. Installers were great, came when they said they would, they were professional and very good at what tgey do. Awesome company!

Our geothermal system went out at 3 a.m. on the Sunday before MLK Holiday. Called Project answering service at 4 a.m. Mark at Project called back at 4:30 a.m. Mark was at the house at 7 a.m. He determined the compressor was bad and would have to order parts. Mark switched us to emergency backup heat, so we were warm while we waited. Mark and Benny were at the house on Tuesday, spent five hours installing the new compressor. All parts and labor were under warranty, and we were not charged for the work. We are extremely happy with the service we receive from Project and their prompt response and courteous employees. We recently had our heater go out, and not only did Project Heating and Cooling have the best price around to fix it, plus they're a small busines not owned by some private equity firm, they sent us a thank you gift. We highly recommend them if you need anything, don't bother with the companies advertising on TV with their silly jingles and knock off Mario plumber logos. Go to Project.

We called for service for our furnace not working properly and were promptly scheduled and they were out first thing that morning. Mark was very kind and a pleasure to have as our technician he explained everything to us in a way we understood and gave us a few ideas for not only fixing our issues but also prolonging our unit. He wasn't here more than 20 minutes and he has us fixed and running again and it was nice because it was super cold. We would gladly recommend Project Heating and Cooling to anyone needing HVAC repair and would gladly have Mark back to our home in the future if we need anything else. Thanks Guys for all the professional courtesy and the quality work that got us back into a warm home in no time.
