Contracted the company for a yearly maintenance program. The technician who responded for the service (Farshid) was very thorough, professional, and patient to respond to questions I had about my system. Cole reached out to me through a post online. Every step of the way from first contact, to final touches after installation was professional and timely.
We had a new 4 ton ac until and furnace installed, the hvac techs were prompt, clean, complied with our stringent covid requests.
The install was completed faster than we had anticipated, the work looks tidy and well done. Our system works flawlessly. Very happy with the products, the service, and the personnel. Would recommend to anyone.

Project Heating and Cooling installed a new heat pump for our home. They were able to obtain an upgraded model at no additional cost due to availability issues. The first thermostat installed did not function properly and it was replaced with a working unit promptly. The technician spent time showing us how to use the new thermostat.
