The Sav a Tree crew did a great job on our property. Our trees were in need of pruning, and Caroline worked with us so we could get things done before Winter’s arrival. Franklin, Richard, and Michael were respectful and efficient while also being careful during the job.

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. I worked with Colton and he was great. They just left a little while ago from trimming back a tree, removing a tree and shaping some little bushes in the front of my house. They did an amazing job and very courteous. I am so pleased with their work. Definitely go with them.

We are very pleased with the job SavATree did with removing trees and trimming another tree. Caroline was so great and helpful when she came out to give an estimate. Brad and his crew did an amazing job the day of the removal. They even cleaned up every bit of their mess and put everything back where it was. I definitely recommend SavATree.

Caroline and her team (Brad, Franklin and Richard) did a wonderful job on our tree/shrub trimming project. They arrived at the agreed time and completed the job very quickly. Not only did they do a good job but they hauled away on the branches and limbs that were lying on the ground from the previous storms. I would definitely recommend SavATree for any tree work that you need to have done.

Savatree was excellent. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable and had a low pressure approach. The team was professional and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They did an amazing job and came out and trimmed our trees just hours before a huge storm and tornado were headed our way. I felt so relieved those branches were gone when the storm hit. I highly recommend savatree especially the arborist Caroline .

Called Sav a tree to prune a few trees and have a stump removed. Matt was great when he came out to assess the job. I had an invoice emailed to me right after our meeting. I paid half the invoice, as requested, to get the job scheduled. Then crickets. After a week I called them to schedule and was told Matt was on vacation and it would probably be another 2 weeks to get on the schedule. But when I ask for a refund and to cancel the job, magically they could get me in sooner. They came to do the job but only to prune the trees not to remove the stump because 311 hadn’t marked for utilities. After pruning the trees the balance was charged to my credit card. Typically you pay the balance when the job is completed. I called to inquire and was told it was automated. I did dispute with my Cc company as the job is not completed. But was ask to work it out with save a tree. Again was told that 311 had 2 business days to mark utilities. Well that took place 5 business days ago and still have heard nothing from Sav a tree. But I did receive the email asking to review their service. So I have paid in full, and the stump is still in the ground. The utilities have been marked for 5 business days and still crickets.

Very professional. The tree climber introduced himself at the front door before he or his crew started to work. You could quickly see that this crew knew what they were doing. The tree climber was fun to watch. He was very careful in his actions as well as having excellent tree climbing skills. They thinned the 30 ft. Maple tree that will allow the wind to flow through without damage to the tree in high winds. They also cleaned up all of the branches & twigs. We are very pleased with the job they did, as well as recommend them to our acquaintances if they need tree help!

I would highly recommend SavATree. Matthew was quick to respond to my request for a consult and estimate. During the consult he provided knowledgeable information to care for several trees around my house as requested, the main focus being concern for my old Dogwood tree. A time was set for the work to be done and the service was delivered at the set time without delay or issue.
On the day of service, the 2 man service team was also clearly knowledgeable and did a great job in caring for my old Dogwood tree, as well as the birdhouses swinging from its branches. A special thank you! ;)

I wholeheartedly recommend SavATree without reservation. We recently purchased a property with several very large oaks, maples and bald cypress trees. The property was overgrown and the trees had quite a bit of deadfall in them. The team from SavATree did an outstanding job trimming the trees and cleaning up the area when they were finished. Everything looks so much better - fresh and healthy and now we have some dappled sunlight coming into the house where before it was quite dark. I will absolutely have them back to look at some other trees on the property. The whole team from Frank, the arborist to the trimmers themselves, was knowledgeable and professional. 10/10

I received a call from Matt Sullivan to set up an appointment. I liked Matt immediately. He was kind , professional, and engaging on the phone. He set up the appt for the next day .
Matt checked our tree, gave his opinion, and gave me a written treatment plan. I was very impressed!

Caroline was very professional and knowledgeable. She earned my trust quickly. On top of that, I asked if the work could be done soon and she made sure the job was done within a couple of days of me accepting the proposal.

The rest of the team was wonderful: Polite, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They are the kind of people all businesses would be proud to employee.

Wish more people in the US had their same work ethic, professionalism and respectful attitude.

We can sum up our SavATree experience in just two words: thorough and professional.

Our crew of Hector, Michael, and Evan arrived right on time, and worked hard - really hard - all day on our two big oak trees.

They were meticulously careful about avoiding potential obstacles like utility lines, fences, roofs, and chimneys.

All three were patient in explaining what they were doing and in answering our questions.

They were especially methodical about seeking out and addressing any deadwood or other problems in our trees. In the process, they were careful to remove only what needed to taken out, while preserving our trees' canopies and health.

Afterward, the cleanup was equally conscientious. Looking at the ground, you couldn't tell they had ever been here.

Because our trees are so large and so old (150+ years), we take their maintenance very seriously. We have used SavATree before, and will absolutely do so again.

I've used SavATree for many years and have been very pleased. Matthew Sullivan, aborist, spent approximately one hour advising me on trimming and tree removal needed. Aaron and Hector worked efficiently as a team removing 3 large Leyland Cypress and trimming multiple tress. I enjoyed watching these 2 efficiently performing their work while seeming to enjoy the work they do. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up all debris. Price was acceptable for the amount of needed work. Will definitely use them again as needed.

Ben and his team did a great job on Monday. They had to access the neighbor's yard to get toy property so a fence needed to be taken down. The guys put it up better than before then cleaned up his property (and mine). Looked pristine. Excellent and timely service. Very professional, and attention to detail was superb. I'll call SavATree again, for sure.

Kalyn was the technician who treated my maple tree. He also provided advice on some other trees in my yard. Overall, did an outstanding job!

They performed the work expertly and efficiently, exactly as discussed and promised. Yard clean-up could not have been better. I was a bit hesitant when they required the entire payment up front, but in the end I have no complaints at all.

Caroline, when she came out to assess our property was professional, warm-hearted and took her time explaining what needed to be done. She also gave great information on other trees that would do well in the area. Brad, Franklin and Richard were also fantastic. They arrived early to get set up, so that they could start their work right on time. They were also professional, courteous and did an amazing job. Not only in their work but the clean up as well. Could not be happier and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done.

We have had major tree work over the years; uprooted large pines, large pines coming down in ice storms and windstorms, uprooted stump removal, routine pruning of a large oak, etc. Never an issue with the firm.
