It's hard to find the words to adequately convey how impressed I was with the service we received from 999Tree... from their over the phone professionalism to their timeliness to the extent to which they provided constant communication of the process, the overall experience should be the model for any service company.

Chad and his team arrived on time and immediately began to lay down the materials to protect our yard; everyone donned their protective gear, Chad clearly laid out the plan for us, and they went to work.

When it became evident that the plan of attack had to be altered, he quickly communicated the why, what, and how in simple terms to ensure no confusion on our end was present.

I have, and will continue to, recommend this company to anyone who's looking for professional tree removal service.

We had a tree fall on our house and they quoted us $1000 more than the other companies we called. The owner also told us they would charge us less if we waited till they weren't busy. REALLY??? There was a tree on our house. Horrible!!!!

Professional and safe every step of the way. I am very experienced with chain saws and tree removal. Needed them to deal with a couple of dangerous trees in bad locations. Made it look easy. Cleanup at the end of the job was superb. 2nd time I've hired them and they are worth every penny. Top notch equipment and very personable as well.

We highly recommend 999-tree. We have used them twice for large tree removals. Once last year and the other recently. We used another large, “highly recommended” company for a tree removal before finding 999-tree. They left our yard a mess. It took a year for the lawn to recover from the damage.
999-tree left our lawn like nothing had even happened. They were so careful with our lawn and surrounding landscaping. We were very pleased and will only use 999-tree in the future!

Definitely a 5 star experience! Chad came out the day I called to talk about the huge fallen limb from a 90 foot oak tree. Very knowledgeable and professional. The next day he showed up with his crew that as the day went on grew to about 15 guys and gals to keep from having to put a crane on my new concrete driveway. A few hours later, it was finished and the mess was cleaned up. He focuses on safety for his crew and does everything to minimize any further damage. He and his crew are the real deal, certified arborist and know how to get the job done! A huge thank you for making it as stress-free as possible! I highly recommend his team and him for any tree needs!

Had a limb snap and was hanging over my neighbors garage. Chad came out in less than 24hrs and remedy the problem, as it was a potential hazard to my neighbors property. Took the time to explain the process of removing the limb and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend. He was polite, professional, good communication and fair on price. Excellent service at a great price. Jason's team was fast, efficient and professional. We had them remove two trees in some tricky places and I can hardly tell they were in our yard except the trees are missing. They took down our trees and cleaned up the mess! Truly made it easy and hassle free for us. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I happen to know they are wonderful landscaping as well as I've seen their work at the new Derby City Gaming too.
