Living in an Arbor City, I had seen the Roe's trucks out several times around our neighborhood after some big storms so when I had my own tree issue, I gave them a call. I had an estimate within a week and was on the schedule soon after. We had a LARGE locust tree that was dying and needed to come down. I was fully intimidated when I saw the big trucks pull up thinking for sure my backyard lawn was going to be destroyed, but the guys placed "mats" down over the delicate areas and it only looks like a heavy mower went through. They removed the tree and stump and even cut and stacked the wood for me to use in the fireplace. The crew was awesome! Absolutely great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Roe’s has been our goto for a number of years for our beloved towering trees in our backyard. Both times they have done an excellent job, cleaned up thoroughly, and been quite pleasant to work with. This day and age it’s hard to find a level of professionalism and courtesy that extends to all layers of a company but Roe’s personifies it.

We had a giant limb fall in our backyard from a wind storm. Evan and his team were on site the next day and worked with us and our neighbors to remove the limb quickly. They were on time, within budget, clean and very responsive. I hope we don't have to use them again but I would highly recommend them!

The team at Roe's removed a very large Maple, that was right next to the house, with massive branches hanging over our roof. We had 3 companies in total look at the tree, and 2 said the tree was perfectly healthy. Roe's was the only one who noticed a weak spot which had healed over. They said they always try to save trees, but let us know it might be a good idea to take ours out.

We decided to take it down, and when they cut into the trunk, it poured out water for nearly 2 minutes. The weak spot they pointed out turned out to be fully rotted inside. They took out the tree with no damage to our home, and removed the stump completely. The team taking out the stump did a fantastic job, and was careful to work with us on a stopping point to ensure they didn't damage our sidewalk.

The top half of the rotted tree was hanging over my 5 year olds bedroom. I can't thank or recommend them enough. 5 stars.

I’ve already recommended Roe’s Outdoor Services to friends and family because the work they did last week was phenomenal! The professionalism, the attention to detail, the communication, the friendly workers and staff. What more could a customer want? They removed a large fallen tree in my yard and pruned a couple trees making them healthy again. Excellent company! Go here first before calling anyone else.

Roe's did an excellent job. They arrived early, cut down several dead trees and removed all stumps. They cleaned up all debris and were meticulous about not rutting up my yard. They also pruned several trees, and they look great. The owner and office staff kept in touch and were very easy to contact. These people care about doing the job right. Will definitely use them again.

Evan and Scarlet were fantastic to work with. We have had work done at two separate locations and were very pleased with both.

Have hired this company for my difficult tree and landscape trimming for a few years now. They always give accurate and reasonable estimates. The work is done right, and they clean everything up to the last detail. Very easy and accommodating to work with on scheduling work and logistics.

We have used Roe for many small and very large projects around our house and have been more than pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. Recently had them cable and thin two very large trees surrounded by maturing sod and Adam assured me that they would be very careful to not damage it. They delivered, having the team move large mats so the tracks on their equipment didn’t dig into my yard!!
Once they were finished they cleaned the area like they hadn’t been there!!

We had overgrown trees and bushes blocking the sun from the pool in our backyard. The Roe Tree service guys expertly cut back innumerable branches and tree tops to allow the sun to shine through while maintaining the aesthetic of the area and did a great job cleaning up all of the debris and the work area. Their work changed the entire look of our backyard to clean, clear, well-maintained and beautiful at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team was timely, professional, & did a great job installing new bushes, sod, & redoing our flagstone path. Our yard isn't easy to work with due to tree roots, but they handled it with no issues. They also followed up with helpful advice on how to care for everything. Highly recommend!

Roe's did a great job from start to finish. They removed a vary large (60'+) pin oak from our front yard and ground the stump. The tree was in a difficult location, surrounded by other trees and driveways. Crew was very safety conscious, respectful, efficient and tidy. Communication with office was excellent - very responsive and accomodating of my schedule. Communication with crew was also very good. Pricing was very competitive. Very satisfied and will recommend with no reservations!

I had a very large oak tree that was struck by lightning a few years ago. I had hoped it would recover, but unfortunately, it didn’t survive. When the city informed me that it needed to be removed, I got six estimates. Roe’s wasn’t the least expensive, but their quote was competitively priced, falling in the lower-middle range. What set them apart was their professionalism, expertise, and clear communication. Based on that, we chose them and we’re so glad we did! Their team did an excellent job from start to finish, handling the removal efficiently and safely.
