We had a great experience with New Leaf. We had some overgrown trees pruned back from our property. They showed up promptly and go to work. We had one set of trees that were extremely overgrown. I was not happy with how they were left. I spoke with Michael and it turns out I was confused about what we had discussed and what he had quoted. I told him it was on us and we would take care of trimming them back how we wanted. He actually came back to the house and brought his crew and said that he wanted to make it right because my expectation was different than what we discussed. Even thought it was MY mistake, he came and fixed it without charging me extra. I really appreciate that service because he did not have do that and I fully expected to correct it myself (or rather my husband). I really appreciate the professional way it was handled and everyone was very nice about it. I would definitely recommend New Leaf and will use them in the future. Thanks to all the crew who came out! :-)

They knew what they were doing. They showed up, set up, and got to work (all of them wearing safety equipment.) That was important to me. The whole experience was a relief. The tree is gone, the crew was courteous and very professional, their front office stayed in touch with me from beginning to end. Job Well Done.

New Leaf was fantastic in trimming two very large, and very old trees in my backyard and removing an almost dead Linden from our front yard. Very professional and cleaned everything up so you couldnt even tell they were ever there. I had two other companies give me the run around or outright lie about these trees so i am very thankful i found New Leaf. They will be the company i call from now on with our trees!

We called New Leaf Tree Service after a gigantic oak tree fell in June 2023, severely damaging the house. The tree removal would be both complicated and dangerous...Michael and Tyler provided exceptional service! Even though they were swamped with work after that June windstorm, New Leaf began the job as emergency work, arriving at 1 pm and working until almost dusk.
The next morning they arrived at 7:59 am, and completed the work. Michael, Tyler, and their team work harder than you could imagine, and their expertise and focus on safety is greatly appreciated.
My insurance policy had some specific limitations, and New Leaf responded with extremely fair pricing for such a complicated endeavor.
Michael took a personalized approach to our needs after a catastrophic event; a community minded business as good as New Leaf is hard to find. We will call them again, and recommend them highly!

Michael was professional and knowledgeable. He arrive when he said, assessed my tree issue, and very quickly sent me a quote. The gentleman who came to remove my tree also arrived on time, were courteous, efficient, did a great job and cleaned up after. We got text reminders to insure we were ready; we got a call to let us know they were en route - the crew showed up and we were introduced to each member. Michael assured us they would work swiftly, and do as promised, all while keeping the best interest of the tree. That is exactly what they did! The tree looks great!

They left the lawns and drives very clean, and they could not have been more kind and courteous!
