Thomas Tree Care did an amazing job trimming a tree in our front yard. The team was courteous, thorough, and professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They do excellent work.

I used this company to trim my large oak tree, trim my bushes and remove 2 dead bushes. I paid 1484.00 for this service. The 2 dead bushes were supposed to be removed, however, they only removed the part that was above ground. I contacted the owner Chris, who told me that since it didn’t say root removal on the contract that I would have to pay an additional price to have the roots removed. My stance on this is that he should remove the roots at no extra cost because removal of a bush should be removal of the WHOLE BUSH. I will not pay additional money to have the roots removed. I feel that I am being taken advantage of, because at 63 years of age with a disabled husband, there is no way that I can have any bushes replanted in those spots due to him leaving the roots in the ground. I told him that I felt that the whole bush should have been removed and he has not contacted me since. That speaks volumes to me. I will not use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. I also plan to file a report with the BBB. He could have easily held up his side of the deal we had. No one would remove just the top portion of a dead bush. Not professional at all!

Easy to contact, came out and gave a free estimate. They were very flexible when scheduling and made the whole process easy. Gave us a very good price for the work and we’ll definitely use them again for future work. 10/10 would recommend

I used Thomas Tree Care for a huge tree that had fallen on my house and side property after the strong wind storm on April 5 2023. Thomas Tree Care was out the next day to assess the damage, and then went about removing the tree from the house and removing all of the tree and debris from the property, including the grinding of the large stump left behind. They were very professional! They were fast and considerate of the rest of the property. The cost was very reasonable and the job was well done. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a tree trimmed or removed. I have also used them in the past to have branches removed from trees. If you need quality tree work at a reasonable price give them a call!

Chris and his team gave me a good price that beat 3 other companies and descended on my sisters house and mine (over a holiday weekend) to clean everything up back to normal as quickly as possible. He was thorough extremely professional and didn’t take advantage of my desperation to have the yard looking its best again after a devastating storm that knocked down several 100+ year old trees at our anchorage residence. We are still going to be ready to put our house up for sale this week despite the craziness of the storm yesterday. Cant recommend him and his team more highly!

Chris and Thomas Tree Care did a great job, my backyard is finally cleaned up from the ice storm of 2025. I called/messaged around to get quotes for people and they were the cheapest to cut down the hanging them, clean everything up and they hauled it all away. My dogs are so happy they can finally run straight through the backyard again and I'm happy I can finally see them everywhere. Thank you so much Chris definitely recommend!

They came in at 10 in the morning and were done by the afternoon. They removed a large tree surrounding our and our neighbor's front yard. Their quote was very competitive and fair.

Came out to for a bradford pear in my front yard that was ready to come down. Arrived right on time, did a great job bringing the tree down safely, and clean up was great. Professional service and wouldn't ask for anything to be done differently. Pricing was competitive as well.

By the way, cutting a tree down isn't cheap, but they provided the best price (from 4 quotes) and now after service has been provided, I can honestly say their service is Top Notch!
